We had an incredible stay at the villa!
The rooms were clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The TV area was solid, allowing us to connect our PS4 and play without any hassle.

There are three rooms but 8 people comfortably stayed as they have really comfortable couches plus the washrooms are very well maintained.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations, and having a BBQ machine at the ready is always a positive.
The pool, though small, was more than sufficient and provided a refreshing retreat.

What truly stood out was the service and the owner's offer to drive us to the station was incredibly thoughtful, showcasing a level of hospitality that made our stay even more memorable.

I highly recommend this villa for anyone seeking a blend of comfort, excellent amenities, and outstanding service as it truly is value for money.

This place was quite a treat, and you won’t find it interesting until you visit. We were welcomed and treated really well from check-in to check-out. The owner was very polite and arranged everything smoothly according to our requirements. We had nothing to complain about and only had to enjoy our stay. The food was really tasty, and they have a varied menu with plenty of options to choose from. The rooms were very spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials. The best thing about this place is the high level of calm and privacy offered.

The best villa experience in downsouth. I stayed with my friends and it was a Very calm place near to polhena beach. Spacious rooms with all the facilities. Free parking area available at the villa itself. Very clean and the food was delivious. Great service with absolutely friendly staff. And the owner Dr Pathum was so kind to arrange everything just as the way we wanted. Its a must stay if u visit Matara
