7I booked the room on booking and when I came, it was closed. The neighbours told they open in November only. As I booked beforehand and no one told me about it, I was really disappointed. The rooms looked good and the price was really great, but it was a disappointment

We lived in the room with AC, fridge and hot water!
There is a parking for bike or car and laundry service.
100 meters to the ocean, beautiful sunrise and sunset.
Every week the owner gave us clean linen, towels and toilet paper.
Also, landlord advised us the restaurant with continental breakfast and best rice and curry on the coast, really not very spicy for European stomach! I definitely recommend visiting this restaurant.

Worst experience in a guest house ever after 2 years of staying on different places. Not having any WIFI, toilet paper or any service at all wasn't a problem, but once we had to pay the bill at the end of our stay, we saw how dishonest the host actually is. We had no idea why we had to pay in dollars since we are European, but when calculating it to the local currency he uses a made up number which is 20% less favourable than the daily rate.
When we showed the booking.com price online and the exchange rate online and he saw we were right, he started screaming and make a huge issue for 700 rupees. We didn't care about the 700 rupees at all, but the fact that he started to be agressive makes me discourage anyone to stay here. Unless you want to risk an agressive host that might insult you.
To be avoided. This place does not live up the the expectations they create online. Upon our arrival the owner told us the price we booked would not be honored. The listing mentions sea view but there are no sea view rooms. The owner (husband) was rude and disrespectful. The wife tried to talk some sense into him bit he would not have it.
Very friendly and calm place we'll situated in front of lazy right.
