SUPER UNCLEAN! I wish I looked at the place first before trusting fake reviews/pictures on how nice the room and balcony looked. Grimy, vomit stains near toilet, awful smell that I can only imagine where it was coming from, and strict cash only rule which no cancellation policy leaves you screwed if ya stay for more than 1 night. Balcony view is a misrepresentation as the whole place was covered by brick and ceiling. I'm giving one star because the toast and eggs for breakfast were made by nice people before I checked out otherwise zero stars for the room and accommodation.
We felt really comfortable at this hotel. The room was nice and clean and the owner's always willing to help.

In between Matara and Galle (two prominent towns for tourist attraction sites) is situated this place of comfort. Affordable and clean place for a stay. Friendly staff and quality customer service. The air conditioned rooms were very well organized and equipped with almost all customer requirements. The breakfast was super easing and tummy filling. I would strongly recommend this place for someone in or around this place as it is quite a price-worthy place of stay. They have got Peo TV with a whole collection of channels and free Wifi.
Wonderful place to stay, we were stayed at a triple room that was quite good for the price. Free WiFi, comfortable beds, a mini library and moreover we had an awesome (English) breakfast. Owners/Maintainers are very helpful.
Basic but clean. Great hosts. Best meals in Sri Lanka. Have a lunch there. Good value for money
