Secret Bay Hotel

I really don't like living directly on the beach. Because the waves are very loud at night. So I also have a good change, sometimes quiet and sitting in the garden listening to the birds,
and then in the funny bannana to watch the sea and the hustle and bustle of the people just perfect.
In addition, the funny banana has very delicious food.

And the star plus are the hosts. Helpful, courteous, friendly and from time to time for a little surprise good in front of small gifts from the garden or a big support if you have a problem.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, moderne, große und saubere Zimmer, schöner Garten mit täglich frischen Blütenschalen und nur ein paar Meter zum Strand und drm dazugehörigen funny banana Restaurant (lecker).
Personal und die Dame, die das Hotel führt super nett und ich habe einige interessante Gespräche mit ihr geführt. Auf meiner Reise das erste und einzige Hotel in SL, das von einer Frau geführt wurde und das merkt man m. E. - zum Beispiel an der Liebe zum Detail
Sehr gern würde ich wieder kommen!

When we arrived they claimed to have no record of our reservation even though we had a confirmation email. Ok, fine, maybe there was some technical glitch.

We then agreed that we'd pay half of the total amount right away, and the other half the next morning by 8: 30 am, when we had had a chance to get to an ATM. I literally signed an agreement for this. When we arrived with the money at 8: 20 am, they let us know that the room had been reserved for somebody else and that we had to leave.

To top it all off, the lady at the front desk was rude and dismissive: she was far more interested in being right than providing good service.

For this price, go literally anywhere else!

Extremely bad experience. Before i checked in the stuff requested me pay 8000，then waited for over 30 minutes，i already no patient to wait more time.so i asked return my money back and no check in anymore，she refused to return.never saw any hotel service like this before.please don't go this hotel，what you got there only be disappointed.
