7 February 2023, Sunil and his wife are charming and very friendly people, in their Guest house it feels like home. The very clean room overlooked a large terrace with a magnificent view. The beach is a 2-minute walk away and every day you can admire the turtles while snorkeling. The alleys are silent, we meet the locals all very smiling and attentive. We had to spend a night at Sunil's and we stayed 6 nights, We will come back as soon as possible. Thank you for your welcome.

A fabulous place to stay: lovely region of Matara with plenty of shade and quiet backstreets (without noisy buses and trucks driving past all the time). It's very close to the beach, plus there are lots of little shops in the area, as well as a major supermarket/department store within easy walking distance. Had a tidy, comfortable room, with netting. But the best feature is the wonderful team led by Sunil and his wife. They were very friendly, warm and helpful (including major assistance accessing a new screen protector for my phone). They are also able to organise tourist trips much further afield. Would have loved to stay longer.

I stayed 9 days at Sunil Guest house. Sunil and Ureka are very kind smiling and serving people. They will help you with almost anything and if you smile back they might spoil you with small sweet presents.
Sunil and his family are so lovely and friendly - we really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were simply furnished, but clean. You had everything you needed. Sunil is very helpful. 3 min walk to the beach. Good Breakfast and friendly guests when we were there. Thanks again Daniel & Bianka
We went in 2017 but never had chance to review this place! Best place evwr in Sri Lanka. We suppose to leave in 2 days we stayed for a week. Clean, excellent position and sunil it is a great person! Enjoy

Lovely owner! Made me dinner right when I arrived, had a good breakfast as well. It was raining when I was there but still checked out the beach which is less then a one minute walk.
