It is a place of fabulous calm, good energy, good views, since it is next to a beautiful beach, and the hotel workers are very respectful, correct and friendly, always with a smile. Everything very clean and aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The location is great, because it is also close to the highway.

Janaka is the best landlord ever!
Place is magnificent, with YOUR OWN BEACH!
Rooms are AC, very comfortable, both floors are the best place for vacation on Sri Lanka.

We stayed with Janaka couple years ago and I only have fond memories of the place, Janaka and his family, and chipmunks coming to visit us
