Elephant Observation point

If you pass by this point, you will surely see the occasional elephant. It's amazing to see wild elephants, but you have to be careful, there have been many incidents with tuktuks!

You can see elephants very close and they are coming straight away to the road. So you should be very careful not harm them and not to excite them too.

During our vacation, we rent a tuktuk and on our way from Ella to Tangle we took the B35. I would rather see an elephant free in a national park than in a Zoo or at safari. We almost passed the national park with no sight of elephants. But then last km we spotted on in the middle off the way.

We waited on a decent distans. After a few minutes a car drove past us and throw out some wood sticks that the elephant took. Then we could pass bye whit out any problems.
