I had breakfast. The food at the shop is both delicious and reasonably priced, offering great value for your money. They offer string hoppers, tea and cool drinks.

Along with this shop, there is a sweetmeat shop, the kalu dodol (කළු දොදොල්) made with jaggary is delicious in this shop. If you go there, be sure to try the kalu dodol.

We are getting our every meal from this place when we visit Katharagama. Good food and Good customer service. Probably not good for foreigners but its great for local travellers. Foods are good. But it depends day by day. How ever best traditional place to eat in katharagama. GG

The place was an average middle class restaurant where lunch and foods are available at reasonable prices. Nothing to highlight as special.

I had very bad exeriance today here in this restaurent. The food served was not taste at all. The fish curry is filthy smell. Food were cold. When I gave my commets to the owner, he ignored me and said we dont care your comment as we get new customer on daily basis who visit kataragama. Very bad approched and misbehaived with us.
Please do not visit this restaurent and waiste your money for nothing.

One of the few places you can have a Good meal around. Tasty food. Good customer service. Reasonable prices

Delicious home made rice and curry without artificial flavours. They offer string hoppers, tea and cool drinks also.
Ampla parking and dining space. Customer service not bad. Reasonable price.

Our spot to dine in when we are in Kataragama. Good Sri Lankan food. Friendly staff. We even asked them for 40 rice packets to give to the poor and within half an hour they helped to packet them. Enough food for a large crowd. Food tastes good. Also check out the dodol stall at the premises it's homemade and the best I've had!

Good food. Not as tasty than before we visit there. But overall its not bad. Also dinesh is a very helpful person. He has done a great job. He is a very friendly person.

Not a good one as previous. It was good last year but it's not that good now. They served us spoiled soya meat curry and taken off that after we detected it. Very rude lady owner and at least they have not served hot water till we request.

LKR 225/= for dine in & LKR 175/= for take away. Take away is not that much recomended coz dine in food was the best as my experience.

It is a place where one gets served budget meals. They have three main “halls” in which one may have a meal. The meals range from string hoppers to bread to rice and curry. The food is good but their tables could use a high pressure wash. They sell soft drinks and desserts too. Basic meal per person is Rs. 180/=
