This is the property of pelwatta sugar company. There is a carpark here. There is a playground and children park here.food is very delicious not only that there is a beautiful and clear swimming pool here the prices also low.

Average guest house run by Lanka Sugar Co. Pvt. Ltd. Has a bar and a pool, service is not upto the mark. Check the bathroom before you check in.

A great location to be relaxed with beautiful surrounding to have a nature walk amidst trees and lush. A great environment for kids to enjoy a lot of outdoor activities. Tasty, mouthwatering food with a great variety. Rooms are neatly arranged and cleaned. The staff delivers an exceptional service. It was really a wonderful stay!

Staff are very friendly and nice.very first time we visit on there.but we are not satisfied about the room cleanliness.bed sheets are dirty not clean.everywhere dusts.washroom like public toilet not clean. Ones i request coffee for our room.serve disgusting (photo attached)

ඉතා අපිරිසිදු ස්ථානයක්, කාබර පිරිසිදු මදී හොඳටම. මකුළු දැල් බැදි ඇත. ඇඳ ඇතිරිලි සහා අනෙකුත් දෑ පිරිසිදු නැත. නාන කාබරය දෑ කැඩි ඇත එවා නැවත අලුත් වැඩි කර නොමැත. අපට නම් එපා උනා ඇවිල්ලා.

Nice place. Facilities very good. Moderator very good. But the staff is not active. The food is expensive. But some things are tasty. The pool is not very clean. Nice place with good parking.

This is first time we visit.rooms are not clean. Very dusty, dirty.and Cobwebs at room.location good.food okay.

I was the first baby born at the Pelwatte Sugar Corporation in 1985. It was owned by Bookers at the time and had a brilliant childhood memory. This guest house was only two minutes from our house.
In 1989/90 it was an army camp. Can remember wild animals roaming around

Good place to stay a night in Wellawaya-Buttala area. They haven't done much maintenance of the facility.

Affordable prices and good service. Requires upgrading. Peaceful location with Swimming pool, Restaurant & Bar etc
