Auslink Hotel is unique in its location and interior design. Not only are there rooms and hallways, there are also several lounges for guests to relax, rest and socialize if they wish. Other amenities include a grand lobby, bakery, restaurant, gym, and laundry facilities upon request. The hotel has a spacious reception room that can accommodate 300 people. Some rooms are reserved for drivers, and parking is free on site. All manner of Sri Lankan delicacies are prepared at the hotel's on-site bakery and the chef's menu includes enough variety of local dishes to satisfy any traveler keen to sample the delights cuisine of Sri Lankan cuisine. Walapane is centrally located, with easy access to surrounding historic towns and tourist attractions such as Kandy, Nuwara-eliya, Mahiyanganaya, Dambana and Badulla.

Spooky place. Dinner plates were not collected even after breakfast.

Hi owner, thank you for your comments. I think you hve mistaken your guests. We didnt go to the roof top or stay late than 9.30pm as we had a long day. We had dinner only in the TV area. Breakfast was served in the restaurant.
The hot water was not working, which made us very uncomfortable, we shared this with your receptionist.

The staff were very attentive and friendly, although hardly anyone spoke English. Breakfast was prepared to order and food can also be ordered from the hotel.

What was somewhat strange was that despite booking online, no one knew about my reservation.

Their service is best and the staff is very helpful. Especially the manager and waiter (Wasantha) they are very kind and helpful. Room facilities are affordable with price. Also you can have one of the best landscape views in this area. It is located in the middle in Walapane town but it is very calm.

Its a great convienient place in Walapane town saving our time without going N'eliya. We can walk to this small town easily.
They have invested in great resources but they seems not utilizing them fully. For instance, they are not maintaining and service things, maybe they are under staff or recovering from pandemic loss. The staff is friendly but not very quick. Someone said their foodis awful but the dishes theyserved me are ok. Infact they could add more fresh veggies to their dishes including vegetable soup. I will definitely go there again and love the panoramic view of their rooftop.

Best and only good place in Walapane. Amazing views all around and the staff is friendly and supportive (Specially Mr. Ragu). Has a lift for upper flows and the viewpoint on rooftop is amazing. Vibe is ok and got a restuarant/bakery where you can buy any short eats or order meals on al carte menu. Prices are very reasonable. Room rates are also reasonable. One small negative was Cable TV was not activated and soeme washroom door handles were broken. Better look into it. Other than that, amazing place. Highly recommended and many sites around to explore.
