I really enjoyed my vacation all because of the above hotel nd staff of it gave us a wonderful service thur out are stay. I really thanks to the team nd their support towards us Will do not miss this place

There is restaurant with hotel near the lake. Clean, delicious and good prices. Recommended

Had the lunch with my family. Ordered Chicken fried rice and chicken fried noodles and a devilled chicken portion. They were not good, but eatable. And the cost is too much for such a small portion. Funny thing is that they don't have even a card payment facility. Never recommend to any one.

Only 4 tea (like tea bags) worst tea tast Rs 2000, coustomer service nil, they didnt give a bill even, cleaness nil, i think owner doesnt know about staff and their bad service, what a beautiful place unfortunately handling bad staff

The worst place ever.guy who sitting at the front is doing a indecent customer service where he is literally saying customers to leave.atmosphere is brilliant but the staff are ungreat full with bad manners.

Stayed at the Chalet for a day at this property during Feb’19.

We were a group of 4, and the chalet sufficed our requirements.the condition of the chalet was Okay, but the other factors at the property overshadowed this.

The property is located right at the Lake Gregory.the view is amazing.serenity at its best. Very relaxing and soothing.

The food options at the property is limited, but manageable.

We got the chalet at the property at a very nominal and decent price.lucky us

One of worst place I have ever visit in Nuwaraeliya. We waited more than half an hour but any waiter did not come to us. I am with a Maldivian he get real bad impression about treatment of Sri Lankan restaurants. It is too disappointed. I don't know why they behave like.

An awsome place overlooking a beautiful garden with a lake. Climate was perfect English weather. Plenty of water activities around the resort. Food was good and well worth.

I'm giving the stars for the great log cabins and the view of the misty lake. Great place for a couple and small families. Should improve their food quality, soggy burgers, French fries, salty fried rice etc can be improved with some heart on what they make for others. Leave the food out and the place is great.

Used to be a cosy place with a stunning view. But now turned out to be a messy place with a stunning view. So sad to see this place in this condition with the new management. If you want to choose a room choose Chalet no 8

A favourite restaurant as it sits on the edge of the lake. One of the best views to have a bite or beverage when in Nuwaraeliya. Staff and prices are good.

Super environment if the weather is right (slightly cloudy and cool). Made me feel like we were back again at Lake Windermere in the English Lake District.

Amazing to sit in a restaurant garden, sipping beer, watching the world go by and people doing watersports. Boats and jet skis seemed reasonably priced by Sri Lankan standards, though we didn't try out any of them.

The visuals are superb, offering great photo ops.

The park was nice for my son and the other kids to roam free.

Good to take a walk around the lake. Very relaxing.

This was a paid entry park side of the lake. Other bank of the lake seemed to have free access (not a 100% sure about this) where I saw folks cycling around by the lake side. Seemed a pretty chilled out thing to do.

Fun and entertainment is here. Water sports is star attraction. They also have helicopter ride but that is costly. But still adventurous.
Long spread of Lake is mesmerizing. One can spend good half day relaxing and boating.

A great lawn area by the lake to sit and try one of the worst food and service in whole of nuwaraeliya, the attitude of waiters does not suite their line of work. When you approach the building you have to find your own seating and wait around 30mins till your hunger becomes aggressive that makes you go fetch a menu by your self because why should waiters exist? Scroll through a Sri Lankan way of making horrible Western food so that makes we can charge alot menu and point out what you want and oder drinks as yes you are so hungry! Wait for another 25 get that horrible food and when you are almost done receive the drinks because why not.

What I've realized is This is more of a guides stop where guides bring their guests to have food from here as an appriciappre they give them a horrible meal as well, dry rice and chicken curry. If guides stop bringing people here there wouldn't be any sales as they are expecting now. No characteristics in their food!

We had lunch here, and while the setting is great the food wasn't. I had maybe the worst attempt at a pizza I've ever had. I even had to ask them to put it back in the oven to finish cooking it. A first! My wife had a king prawn curry. The prawns were good, but the sauce was really watery.

Awful experience with most unprofessional waiter and manager on our whole trip. We were a group of 9 and ordered tea and coffee. After realizing that we dont have enough we wanted to get more BUT the waiter REFUSED! Manager also seemed like to have no interest in solving the issue. Please send them back to school before employing them!

Great location with perfect view of Gregory lake and the chalets designs are amazing, only needs some maintenance for the facility.

Great place. It has a nice view of the lake and you can sit out side as well. Both the restaurant and cottages is cozy. You could find western food here. Price is bit higher and food is ok. All and all it was very nice place to hang around.
