Great budget accommodation for those looking to do the Sripada climb. A comfortable bed to sleep on before you head up, and a shower to have a wash when you get back. The food is excellent and I would recommend eating here even if you aren't renting a room. The owners are super helpful, accommodating, and friendly.

The hotel was the perfect base for climbing Sri Pada (Adam’s Peak). The host was so friendly and accommodating and we also had a very tasty breakfast over looking the forest and tea plantations from the hotel restaurant, perfect post hike.

It’s a great place to stay if you’re climbing Adam’s Peak the next day as it’s incredibly close and and easy to reach place. The quality of the food was good! It seems like a nice place to hang out with friends or as a solo traveler but I wouldn’t be the first to recommend it as a couple. The staff were so kind! I’m glad we stayed here but it you’re looking for a different type of getaway, reset your expectations. It really reeked in one of the rooms next door and the overall vibes were a bit off.

Daddy’s Guest Home is the only place I’ve stayed at in Nallathanniya whenever I visited sacred Sri Paada.
The hospitality we receive each time is welcoming and truly wonderful. The ambiance is quite delightful and the view is without doubt appealing, not to mention the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of food.
I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone and look forward to visiting Sri Paada next year with accommodation at Dady’s Guest Home.

Overall I find Daddy’s Guest Home to my liking and would receive to anyone with no hesitation.

Wir kamen als Honeymoon Couple, haben das auch so kommuniziert aber leider gab es dazu absolut keine Reaktion, was eigentlich so nicht Standard ist. Nichtsdestotrotz war das Zimmer sehr sauber, die Decken waren richtig warm und nicht nur ein Bettlaken mit Kuscheldecke!
Das Frühstück war ok, es gab ein paar Missverständnisse, die wir aber offen kommuniziert und somit geklärt haben.
Wir können das Hotel wirklich empfehlen, es liegt sehr nah am Startpunkt zum Adams Peak.

After our exhausting hike to Adams Peak we stopped for breakfast in this nice looking hotel/ restaurant. The owners were super friendly. The food and drinks were great and not expensive at all! Just look at the pictures! It tasted even better than it looks (sorry I started my pancakes before taking the picture). We definitely recommend and will visit again.

Wir waren zum Abendessen bei Daddy‘s Guest Home. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir bestellen einen Rotiwrap und ein vegetarisches Rice&Curry. Beide Gerichte waren sehr lecker.

They promised us a room with a view but gave us a mouse den when we checked in.when we told this isn’t the room shown to us through whatsapp that fat woman and her husband started insulting us and then my son said dont talk to my mother like that for which the owner attacked my son.have lodged a police complaint.food was overpriced and disgusting.there are plenty of cozy places around for same rate.don’t ever go here.absolutely disgusting owner with an anger issue.he should be in a mental hospital.

All food is horrible and overpriced and small in quantity with very little to no quality never will even recommend it to my my worst enemy.

I stayed with my 2 brothers and my 60, year old mother and the manager of the hotel promised to offer a beautiful room with a spectacular view and when we went there you could say it was better to live on the streets. Not recommended ripoff of all my money and very bad customer service with rude remarks will never visit again.

We were refused to dine in. The appearnt reason was the restaurant was full, when we can clearly see empty tables. Only later I realized that the other tables were occupied by the foreigners, and they didn't want us locals to sit with them.

I was wonder that they gave me extra 1 hour to check out considering my babies without taking extra money. Food was super tastey. Nice service from staff.lovely place. Nice arrangements. Very tidy and clean rooms. I hope to stay there next year also

If you’re going to hike Sri Padaya/Adam’s peak STAY here!

After 6 weeks in Sri Lanka this was one of my favorite places we stayed. It was locally owned and run by a Sri Lanka family of 4. They were so friendly, kind and very hard working.

The highlights were:
-excellent location to do Sri Padaya (Adam’s peak)
-excellent food! (Both breakfast options were delicious)
-Really comfortable bed
-Very clean
- View of peak from dining area and views of valley from rooms were beautiful!

Taxi offered by hotel owner was the best we’ve had all trip. Really comfortable car and great driver.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable ️️They also supply additional blankets. Have hot water facility also. The view of dining area was breath taking. Friendly owners. Have parking facilities and most importantly walking distance for sripadaya entrence.food was in average. Best place for travelers who travel sripadaya.

Daddy's guest house is a very friendly guest house, exceexcellt and sumptuous dining area, with luxurious bathrooms. Maintaining the house clean and tidy, beautiful environment and reasonable price.

The best hotel in Nallathanniya. No doubt about it. Excellent bed rooms, Excellent service, Excellent food. The best place to spend your vacation. Highly recommended.

They have very good facilities & beautiful great restaurant.they include comfortable bedrooms. 100% cleanliness.have a good kitchen. Good foods.kind staff.

Very clean room and super comfortable bed. The rooms in the 'basement' (which still have windows and balcony's at the side) are a little small en dark but that's perfect if you want to sleep.
The staff at the reception was very friendly, you can ask for advice for the hike to Adam's peak if you'd like.
Since we went to bed early there was still a lot of noise (bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper).
Lovely to have breakfast after the hike, the breakfast was good (but could've been a little more since you're very hungry after hiking all night).
Definitely a good place to hike the beautiful Adam's peak!
