Had a delicious meal at this place, after you order the food it is made fresh on the spot. So it does take a little longer to get your food compared to larger restaurants, but the wait is worth it. Really delicious food here, especially the kottu and the pumpkin curry are recommended!

Nice and warm place in which you can have your dinner after a long day of sightseeing. The owner is amazing and the food is delicious. We took a vegetable soup and a coconut rotti with curry, one of the best ever eaten in Sri Lanka. While waiting you can also play chess. Definitely a must try if you are in the city!

The food was nice, tradional sri lankan, but we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes, although the lady said we had to wait maximum 40-45 minutes. The same thing happened to the couple before us. Not recommended for people who are hungry.

Bit pricier compared to local eateries as restaurant's main aim is foreigners. That being said, the food was great and the family lovely.

Amazing food. Pretty good service and very affordable. Place is small but it's well worth trying the place out for the food.

Only small concern is place doesn't have beverages but there is a small bar sort of place very close by.

Food made to order! Fantastic vegetarian/vegan menu. You might not get your food straight away, but you will get it cooked from scratch:) just fabulous

Very friendly local food restaurant. Kottu was delicious, very worth the walk from the hotel area.

Great local place. The Kottu was the best I had during my whole Sri Lanka trip and I definitely recommend trying it:)

I can not be 100% sure but I think they use tap water for juices and I had a bit of problems after. Maybe double check before ordering. The food is good. We shared multiple dishes:)

Also the owners are super nice and locals go in and out picking up their food which is always a good sign!

Been while in nuwara eliya and we had best rice and curry in town. Excellent food and great customer service.

The best rice and curry we have eaten in Sri Lanka. Host was extremely polite, He told us about activities in Nuwara, gave some advices. It's not a cheap place, but it worth it, trust me.

Great value for the money. The place certainly doesnt look fancy but the food is good. The owner and his wife were friendly and helpful. The rice and curry was very good although too spicy for us (even though we asked for non-spicy).

A beautiful restaurant run by a sweet local family. You gotta try it if you want authentic Sri Lankan food experience. We tried their vegetarian thali and absolutely loved it! Owners are extremely friendly as majority of Sri Lankans are. This is exactly what we were looking for in a majestic town of Nuwara Eliya. Can't beat the taste and hospitality
