Good Wood Hill Resort Mandaramnuwara

The food here is delicious and we can get many types of meat. It is located on a very high ground and you can see beautiful surroundings. A drawback is that it is difficult for small children and women to use the bathrooms there.

A place that looks very beautiful for photos. A place I have been to several times before. But now there is no cleanliness there. No maintenance. Only money. We went on December 22/23. I was not told anything about the good nature of the people who went. But as a trip organizer, I am not happy about the situation here. We made an advance a few weeks ago. But when we left, the grass in the garden was not even cut. The cleanliness of the toilets in the living rooms is the last. I was scolded very much. Pamporia is read as that and this. That they are going to paint like that. We don't care whether their place was before or after. Why do they take our booking if they can't prepare it properly on the day of our booking? A lot of excuses were said like that. It doesn't make sense, so I should be free to go and eat half of the trip because of this

We recently visited mandaram Nuwara with pre-booking this resort. However, the host kapukotuwa tells lies to reach customers for his resort. We didn't get any kind of facilities once we visited there. Even There is only one bathroom and it is uncleaned and dirty.this is the WORST PLACE that we have visited.
We refused to be there and moved to different hotel and we faced many difficulties to finding a different place to stay since the host is lied about the facilities he offer.

Host always tries to ignore the customer's requirements.and do his job inefficiently to take money only and this place is not nice to stay for a human.

And also the road is also with less width can not take Van but the host says it is possible to reach and we are very much struggling to take vehicle out.

WE ARE VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE & CHARGES. NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE TO VISIT THERE.

Good place for an office outing or a friends' gathering. The host was very polite. Food was good and freshly prepared and they also have a good BBQ. The view is quite beautiful especially in the morning and evening.

Its a best place to visit in mandaram nuwara.they got the best mountain views. So misty in the evening and night. The rooms are in good condition, the food is delicious, and the people are very friendly too. I think its the best place so far.

Environment are fine and View poin are ok.but place facilitys, service are worst, prices are not compatible with palce and it will rapidly change to high. Not recommend for any one

Superb view. Friendly owner. We went only for lunch. But owner has lot of plans for travelers. Clean wash rooms.

One of the best places to stay in Mandaramnuwara. Owner is very friendly and helpfull. The food is great. Rooms are not luxurious. There is only one bathroom inside the house. If there are other guests you will have to share. There are several toilets outside.
