Heaven Seven Nuwara Eliya

Rooms without heating or air conditioning. Zero sound insulation. The slightest door slamming or someone talking in the hallway wakes you up at night. Very reduced buffet. Hotel without any interest

We had a great experience at Heaven Seven with our two families visiting from Canada as well as our parents local to Sri Lanka. Total guest count of 12 (3 rooms)

Right from the beginning we were made to feel at home from the team at Heaven Seven and you get the Sri Lankan hospitality shining through. One example - The team noticed we had an elderly guest in our party (my wife’s mom) who has trouble with stairs - and they automatically tried to make her feel at home by preparing a new room for her on ground level so she didn’t need to climb. This was extremely thoughtful and we were grateful for this. Special thanks to Ranjin on the team who truly made us feel welcome.

Other than the fantastic people who work there - The rooms are clean and large, nice washrooms and beds, the the location is central and the view is great. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place clean and comfy for a work trip. Service of the F&B was very very slow and lethargic. I don't want to know what happens to service when there are a lot of people (during the NE Season)

Just Near the hotel there are other buildings. People's are partying in the night.
No buffet. Foot is avarage. Service is good. No view.

The hotel is located in a nice place with a great view from the room, food was good, rooms are clean and spacious, hotel staff need to improve on their hospitality, room service is very slow.

Great service and localion. The hotel is clean, quite, and the PEOPLE who are working there are super friendly.

Within the vicinity of Nuwara Eliya town and Gregory lake this hotel is easily accessible and staff is very good. Stayed for 2 days and staff is very helpful.
Food is served as preset menus where we can select from a list of main courses. Starter/ Appetizer and Dessert is fixed. All food menus we tried were very good and tasty. Breakfast is served as Continental or Indian where both flavors are excellent.
Room quality is very good with adequate amenities.
Had a small problem with Parking but the stuff was extremely helpful and supported to get a proper parking space.
Overall stay is very good and will recommend to anyone to make a stay in their Nuwara Eliya visit.

The Hotel is very Good and with beautiful and senic view and perfect Romantic place for couples. I went there for my Honeymoon and I loved the place

Excellent space to chill out with the family or friends. The surroundings of the hotel was awesome.

Friendly staff! Delicious foods! Clean and spacious Rooms! And a great view! Only problem is parking! But I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone (Even VIP)!

We stayed in a suite room, it was so spacious for 4 with an amazing view and friendly staff. Also, the breakfast was superb. Hoping to visit again.

It was an amazing place. Everything was so good. View from the balcony was awesome. Staff were very kind & supportive.

Very poor selection of foods, sometimes no choices at all, they will just serve u some string hoppers and not even enough curry to eat with.

Heaven seven it was! Nice and clean Hotel with an excellent staff. The hotel is just the right size to make guests feel comfortable and seen. Very helpful friendly team and we felt like staying at friends right away.
The breakfast was more than we expected, fruits, fresh bread and toast, eggs any style, curries, roti and even sausages. I’m sure if we we had any other wishes the kitchen would have prepared it right away!
The rooms we had were spacious with comfy quality mattresses. The bathroom with windows and large shower is a plus. Most rooms have a nice balcony or terrace with a view to the lake and hills.
I would have liked a reading light next to the bed but I was smashed from the beautiful scenery, fresh cool air and trekking through tea plantations to nearby waterfalls.
There’s a car park behind the hotel and a bunch of sweet dogs, so don’t forget to bring some kibbles when going.

Friendly staff, super food, clean rooms, well maintained place. Recommend for any types of peoples including VIPs.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The toilets were clean and modern, Hot water and Good water pressure. It's a bit of a walk to the main road but it's a nice view from the hotel to the mountains. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good both times that I've stayed there.

I visited the place with my wife on vacation. And the place and service were terrible. Locks were broken, rooms are not properly cleaned, gas heating system had several issues. In first two hours there were 3 workers in our room to sort out all the issues. I do not recommend anyone to visit this place.

Superb place to stay when you are in nuwara eliya city center. Fantastic foods with law price. Breakfast was also nice. Located on top. Good staff. Also it has a bar and billiat pool facility. Excellent!
