Himawari Hills Hotel

Place with less busy and friendly customer service. They say no personal stuff can be misplaced inside the guest house and that’s very true. Trustworthy place with clean and comfortable rooms. They have a restaurant and dishes are tasty with reasonable price. The car park is bit small. If you are looking for a good place near the town with a low budget, this is the place.

Poor customer services there’s no any respect for people and really disgusting place. Reality don’t recommend the place for a vacation.

Poor service of the manger who does not know how to speak to guest.charged us for the future dates and does not refund in an emergency.

The location was Not clean and they did Not gave me the room i was booked, for “tehnical” reasons.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing & friendly. They help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nuwaraeliya️️

Family room was OK. No chairs was there at the room. Hot water is available. Beds are good. Has a tight parking area. Few minutes to the city. They provide meals but as I see prices are too much. They have a generator so no problem during the power cut.

Charged too much than agreed. No heaters and less facilities were provided. Rooms were clean but so cold and the outer environment was very untidy with spider webs and all. Not recommending.

The rooms are good and it’s value for the money. But if you ordering food from them it’s expensive. We ordered breakfast and it was a little expensive. But playing pool was value for the money.

We stayed one night here and it was a smooth stay. Good value for money. Place is clean, tidy and wel maintained. Bed sheets are new and thick. Hot water is available. Wash room is dry and clean. There is a common dining and hangout area.
Caretaker was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is located couple of miles away from the Gregory Lake. This is very important as it let you spend much time at the lake and you will face no traffic on the way to hotel which is very important to avoid wasting your time. The city is about 10 minutes away. Very calm place. Staff is friendly and flexible. The rooms are specious and clean. A satellite TV has been provided. Hot water is also there. Bathrooms are very well maintained. If breakfast is included in your package, you can get it adjusted as you prefer. Bed tea is provided for free. Parking is available. Rates are average.

Hotel was neat and staffs were friendly and kind.they also allowed to cook in the kitchen for our baby. Dining area was good and my kids enjoyed playing there. Closer to park and lake.breakfast was also good.

Nice place. There should be heater in room, very cold at night. Blanket will do good job. Staff friendly. I think its Worth
