We checked in here for one night. The hotel's location is great just near beautiful tea gardens. The hotel had two peoperties old and new. We stayed in the new one.it's a small hotel but the delux king rooms are pretty specious. A family of 4 can easily stay in one room. The view from rooms is amazing. They don't have a bar. The service is attentive. But they have extremely limited options at the restaurant. For dinner only Indian menu was available on buffet, which was disappointing. We didn't have much choice for a la carte. It's a good hotel to stay for one night but if you are stuck due to rains or bad weather then there's not much to do here

Amazing view, descent dinner, clean and beautiful rooms super friendly staff. We really didnt wana leave this place! The view around was breath taking and the coffee area outside was supurb!

Hotel location is awesome. Scenic view for the property is wonderfull. Rooms are good.
Over all property is good.
In terms of service and food it is more likely a guest house. Food is average with lesser options in buffet menu.
Good for stay

Nuwara Eliya is a good place to visit. But staying at this hotel was not fun.
Stinky rooms, very dark rooms, doors of the rooms were not closing properly, food was another level of disappointment.
Only good part was its location.
If you are there to enjoy location people may like the place. But for us it was bad experience.

Amazingly located in lush greens. I'm giving 5 stars for their helpful & Courteous Behavior too.we reached @ 7 in the evening, tired from a very long day with a 3 year old.
They quickly upgraded our room to a family suite in the attic.it took 10 min. Approx.
It was Beautiful, Spacious, neat and clean 2 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms with lobby.
After a dead tiring day.we slept well coz they did everything to help us.upgraded our room which was really good.
No in room dining was there, still they provided us with the same.
Don't expect much from their food or even buffet.
Toiletries are just ok.
I havn't given 5 stars to other hotels though they had everything.
A positive attitude matters alots and u will b appreciated when u show it where it is needed.
Thanks to them. ND hope they will keep it the same.

Though the stay was only for two days.felt attached to the hotel and the staffs. Great hospitality by Mrs. Sivam Gizalla and Mr. Pradeep.

Mind blowing destination in sri lanka.the hill top is as good as it gets.and the scenic tea plantations add to the beauty of the place.

It is an average hotel. Location is nice, but
Staff is not friendly. Poor hospitality by staff. Food is also bare average, taste not so to be apppeciated.

Out of the world Hill Resorts with tea Estates. Weather is fantastic. Resort Manager and Chef with the assistance provided super services. Must go place

Good hotel at nuwara eliya. Food is very poor though. There is a cinema hall inside the hotel with seating for 8-10 people which I found quite unique. But it's very difficult to get slot as everyone wants to see movie of their choice.

Excellent hotel for family stay. Excellent food with lot of vegetarian food option na, much more as compared toost hotels here.

Lovely place. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Hotel is Away from the busy town. Great place to relax and enjoy nature

Lovely, calm and quiet location. Good foods. Specifically breakfast was exallent. Clean and tidy rooms with freindly staff.

This is located a bit away from the main city of Nuwara Eliya. The view from the hotel is serene. The environment is peaceful. The place has a very cozy feel with excellent service. The staff are very courteous but one might face a bit of communication problem. This 4 star hotel is worth every penny one spends to stay here.

10/10 experience. If I could give 11, it wouldn't be an exaggeration. Facilities, food, staff, ambience - everything beyond par! Beyond excellence!

Good property stay, good room and good dinner food but the front desk staff very illoyal and dishonest

Went for an early dinner. The place was empty and looked deserted with chairs piled up on each other and cutlery lying in random places in the dining area. The food was prefabricated, and by far the worst I had in Sri Lanka, and overpriced at that. Service was as bad as the food. Do not eat here.

Lousy service and even lousier food at restaurant (we had from the menu, did not try the indian buffet). On top of that, outrageous prices.
