Perfect location, wonderful host, & AMAZING FOOD. Get the cheese kottu or you are missing out. Sam even let us stay an extra night even though he was due to leave that day. You can have breakfast in the front yard surrounded by views of the tea fields and if it's clear you can even see the waterfall. Sam has very good food prices and he even helps you figure out what buses you need for exploring. Also, all the travelers staying here was super kind and social. First place we stayed in Sri Lanka that we met & explored with other travelers.

This is my first time in this hotel. It is very nice and quite palce. Foods and room very comfortable for us. And the staff.good hotel with nice view.

We had lunch and food was made with very fresh vegetables and it was tasty as well.
Highly recommended.

This place is amazing. The view from the balcony is so relaxing, watching the waterfall and the tea plantations. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee and TV. The staff was kind and helpful. The restaurant has really good Sri Lankan food but also serves continental meals. It is right by the road and you can easily go to the town or to Nanu Oya station.

had a beautiful view from balcony of the mountains. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very friendly owner and staff. He helped coordinate the train in a pinch which was amazing! Would recommend for all the hospitality and location.

Amazing place right by a beautiful waterfall! The room was really clean and had a nice view. The bed was comfy and the food was delicious! The highlight though was getting to talk to the employees who were so nice and friendly. Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area!

Only rooms afe available. Have to pay seperately for BF, Lunch and Dinner. Seem to be having non experienced staff.

Located in a nice place the hotel requires a TLC urgently. Pillows are stained and covered with mould. Everything including the bedding needs to be replaced. No dustbin in the room and many light bulbs weren't working. One of our rooms also had a broken door lock. Bathroom however is very clean and has a good reliable supply of hotwater. Food isn't amazing but not bad either. Service was nice except that it is delayed than expected.

Friendly staff. Location is very good. But rooms are not very clean. Should improve the room quality. Standard rooms are really old and smell really bad. Deluxe rooms are somewhat better than the standard rooms.
Breakfast was tasty.

Beautiful castle like hotel a bit outside of Nuwara Eliya. Rooms are big and well heated, WiFi works well and the blankets are absolutely amazing, so comfy!
The restaurant seems a bit dusted and not really in use, nontheless the stagf is really friendly and will help you with all your needs.

One of the places in Nuwaraeliya where you can stay and enjoy as much as you want without any restrictions. It's best to book the bungalow for a pack of 8-12 rather than booking rooms so that you can enjoy as much as you want. BOB

The owner and the staffs are really great and kind. And the standard double room was awesome and clean. We had a great stay. We will be coming again

The place is very quiet good for rest after whole day walking around, near to downtown 5 min by car and also reachable by public transport. The owner is very attentive and helps a lot with tips for places to visit. Very clean, good food available and the personal very friendly I will come back.

Simply magnificent due to the location in the price range. There are lake- view stays as well & may look better. While the treatment & design Of the restaurant will compensate the same.

Staff is very friendly and effective. Food is really good with reasonable prices. The owner is a very caring person who is very kind and genuine. He is very practical and when you need something you name it he will provide. Place is nicely located, view is nice and its 5 minutes run to Nuwaraeliya Town. We highly recommend this place for anyone.
