Excellent location in the city center, we stayed for two nights in a very cozy quadruple room with hot water and extra blankets, the service was excellent and everyone was very welcoming and kind.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. It is a recommended inn.
Located in the city, close to the bus stand, very convenient.
There is no air conditioning or fan in the room, but I didn't feel the need as Nuwara Eliya is cool even in August and cold at night. In addition to the blankets on the bed, additional blankets are provided, so there is no problem. The rooms are clean and there are no problems with showers and toilets.
The young man at the reception can't speak English, so it's inconvenient, but the owner will come and help you when you need it. The owner is fluent in English.

Located at the verycenter of the town. Only a few steps to restaurants, shops and bus stand.
Peaceful. Rooms are specious and clean.

Good hotel for a short stay. No food served here but there are some good food options nearby if you have a vehicle. Hotel was nice but nothing special and price was very reasonable.

Very disappointing stay.
The room was dirty, and had not been cleaned before our arrival (pink marks in the sink which came straight away with a splash of water….), sheets with yellow stains, hairs etc.
When we asked the person at reception for clean sheets to change them ourselves, he came to see the state of the room and whispered his displeasure in my face.
He offered us to change rooms because he had no other clean sheets, the other room was also dirty, with holey sheets which were supposedly “new”…. Not to mention the carpet in the room where when you walk barefoot you end up with hair from the previous 10 guests.
In addition, there is a store below the establishment playing music from morning to evening. The person accompanying us to the room assured us that it lasted until 8 p.m. Maximum when it was at least 11 p.m.
I don't recommend this hotel at all, especially for €50 for 2 nights.
The only positive point: it is located in the city center.

Friendly owner and the location is right in the centre of the town. However the beds were not comfortable and it was very noicy and disturbing because the rooms were facing the road. Not peaceful place to stay.

Located in middle of nuwaraeliye city. Very close to victoria park and main bus stand. Rooms are super comfortable and staff is very friendly and polite. Bot no view at all.

Just came and really expected more, maybe good ratings appeared when other manager or other team was there. Manager was sleeping at the middle of day, reception zone is dirty, the room is absolutely DIRTY - toothpick on the floor, dusty, other little garbage, etc.the walls are some where white, somewhere with leftovers of tea or coffee (it could be cleaned just with napkin and water), curtains and windows are in fat or other stuff, nobody has washed it for a long time.
Hope, in other cases the place would be better, than i'll change my review. Hope, the owner will manage smth and teach this team or other about cleaning rooms, about service and about not sleeping at the middle of day when its garbage on the reception zone and in the booked rooms.

Good stay for a reasonable price. Background noise was a bit loud as it is in the town itself. This place is exactly in front of Nuwara eliya Post Office.

Very friendly management and staff. Clean rooms and washrooms. Good food. Situated at the centre of the town. Recommend this place.

It is not a location that has been depicted in photographs.

It appears that they never clean the floor,  even the bathroom

Also,  Booking.com claims that there is air conditioning,  but there isn't.

Before you booking the place, please be visited. Because I shared my experience.

Huddle is a affordable, clean place, have to wait for 2min for hotwater sometime in shower pressure goes down but still value for money

Good place for BB basis, But pigeons will trouble you all day. Didnt like the coffee machine. TV is not clear.

Its almost in front of the nuwara eliya post office.
Have parking space.
Near the main road.
If you want stay close to the town this would be ideal place.

Not a great place but an ok place.only prices are high.but the beds are not very comfortable.better take ur own wifi because i have never seen such a slow wifi like theirs.even a 144p video won't load and the tv was blurry.and somethng was rattling over the roof which was soo disturbing

Comfortable rooms & clean bathroom s. Continental breakfast needs to be improved. Convenient location in the centre of the town. Reasonable charges.

This place is such a convenient place, located in the heart of Nuwara eliya, the owner and staff are very customer oriented, the price is unbelievable compared to the facilities and luxury, 10 out of 10 for the room, bed and most importantly the hot water shower, unlike most places it actually does have a great shower with high water pressure and burning hot water. 10 stars for the place location and comfort.

Located in the middle of the city and more convenient for travellers who are willing to explore the city. Rooms are clean and comfortable level of the beds are bit towards the negative level. Overall it's worth for the amount spent. Rs. 5500 per room on BB basis.
