Delicious food with good packing bags, but the parking vehicles is bit difficult in peck times otherwise good customer service.

A good place to spend a short stay right in the city of Hatton. The room amenities are basic but sufficient for a comfortable stay. Toilets are new and cleaned well. Room is clean too and we’ll insulated to the cold? Weather. Supermarkets and other restaurants are within 5mins walking distance and the in-house menu is great too! Highly recommend the Indian food menu if you choose to dine in. Since the location very is near the city, you will hear the city come alive in the morning. The balcony also has a lovely view of the city below in action. Staff was pleasant and friendly too. Overall had a pleasant stay and was well rested the following day.

They give a room without attached toilet, not sure how they have a room like that.
Their resturants taking too long to serve food

This a very pleasant place. Very good whether. Very comfortable accommodation with good facilities. This is one of the best place to stay in Hatton. Parking space is available.

Foods are satisfied. They have indian and Chinese menu. I tried veg regular noodles and mix sea food rice. I am ok with that. I think the access road is may little complicated in day time because of the traffic also. No liquor not available there.

It was the high class wedding reception hall in the town an you have the restaurant and rent rooms and annex specialty.i was went for a wedding actually i parked my vehicle outside of the place because of lack of parking.light and interrails was quite ok and air condition was very poor of the place make sure while you are coming to this you should aware to park your vehicle which is safer place.

About the Fog.
Eating space, rest rooms lightings were ambient and great. Can spend a good time with your family, friends or alone with a good view of the Hatton city. Food is Good and Has a good variety but Not a fan of the Noodles here.

The food is very delicious. Especially Indian foods and kottu. You can get a decent service for the money you pay. A little bit expensive more than other places in Hatton. But overall, good place.

Again the restaurant bathroom is so dirty and cant flush and very bad maintainance.

This is such a warm and comfortable place! Such a cozy dining area where i can spend time for hours. The food is great and all thr staff a amazing and helpful. Rooms are clean and great.i would stay here anytime even though its bot in a very scenic location.

We went on a bus to this place. Don't even think of going to this place in a big vehicle. That is my biggest advice. This is located on a small road. Parking facility is very poor. Restaurant is very good. Food was excellent. Portion was really good. Prices are ok compared to other hotels. Their food was delicious. Chicken fried rice was good and fish biriyani was lit. I will definitely go again if I get hungry when I'm at hatton. But I will never go in a big vehicle.

The atmosphere is perfect to enjoy a meal with your loved ones.
Mongolian rice was not bad & Mixed fried rice was awesome, must try!

I Love the place comfortable cool and price is also really fare and so reasonable even for a family. I Love the place neat and clean.food excellent. Very peaceful.

City hotel. Not expensive. Far better food selection. Good care from Owner to room boy. Recommended.

I really like the food and the rooms facilities too and the management was awesome specially Mr. Bala and Mohan gives there best for there customers

Good relax place to stay but no parking space i checkout and waited for more than a hour to release my vhicle which stuck on last row in parking

Took an hour to get food. Food was dry and not cooked well and my friend found hair in her food. It was a busy day I get it, but worst service I have ever experienced. Go ANYWHERE else.

Worst customer satisfaction when it comes to take away orders. I had to wait roughly 2 hours to take a simple order. Duno how the management is handling stuff in there

Probably the best ever hotel in hatton. Friendly staff members and for sure it's a luxurious living in hatton
