The kitchen and dishes are dirty. There is no sponge for washing dishes, no towels, no cloth for the table. There is no hot water in the kitchen and just ice water flows because it is 12 degrees outside. For a tiny heater they asked us 2 thousand rupees! Although the website said that heaters are included in the room price. In the bathroom, the water heater did not heat up above 33 degrees, and there was no water pressure, so it was impossible to wash. Also in the bathroom, at the same time as the light bulb, the fan to the street turns on. The bathroom is damp and cold and smells. When checking in, I came to ask the staff for towels and toilet paper. There is no soap or shampoo. There is no hairdryer. Instead of a room with a view, we were placed in a room on the first floor, whose windows overlooked a wall with water flowing on one side and on the other side there was a view into the windows of another room. We had to ask them to move us. Next to the hotel there is a canal with water that smells like a sewer. Did not like. I don't recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at Moon Plains Luxury Apartments for 5 days. The management and apartment owner were incredibly friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was well-appointed and comfortable, offering a pleasant home away from home. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for a day and it was really a great experience. We got an apartment with a great view. The apartment had two big rooms and a kitchen space. All the kitchen items were there.
The staff was welcoming us and put all their efforts to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

No Hot water. Can’t lock cupboards.not easy to carry bags when it’s raining. Toilets smell bad. Don’t recommend to anyone.

The place was very clean and hygiene. The room was tidy and neat. Everything was so good. The bed was so comfortable and spaced.there was a kitchen area where you can cook something your own if you like to. The attached bathroom was so clean. The staff was friendly too. It's really worth the room for the payment. We are very happy to stay there. Highly recommended

Was looking for a hotel last minute in Nuwara Eliya and came across this place and we were pleasantly surprised! Well furnished, plenty of space, all the utensils and cutlery except a microwave but a mini oven to compensate for that. Balcony was partially covered but you can see the town so overall a good experience. Bedding were newish but was not confident to sleep with minimal clothing but nothing to complete about. There was a tv in the apartment but no HDMI compatible and the aerial was just picking up the local TV stations with a bit of static. For the price we paid we got more than we expected and would visit again.

It was a very good stay. The rooms were very clean and the view along with the environment was very calming and relaxing. All the necessary things were there with all the utensils. The staff were very friendly too. I highly recommend this place for your stay.

One of the best places to stay in Nuwara Eliya. We stayed for 3 nights in this fully furnished apartment with an incredible scenic view of Gregory lake. The apartment has a very unique vibe and it was nice and cozy.

The staff is very loyal with good hospitality. Mr. Fleming was very helpful and friendly. He arranged everything we requested during our stay. The entire apartment was fully furnished with all essential types of equipment. All kitchen appliances and utensils were there for a comfy stay. It's hassle-free. Great place for a family to stay within 5 minute drive to the city. Recommend for families and couples who wish to spend their vacation in a scenic landscape.

Stayed at probably the best location for private lodging in nuwara eliya. The moon plains apartments are located conveniently close to the city and off gregory lake. The units were brand new and lavishly furnished and the management does a great job with the upkeep. Highly recommended for small groups or families looking for a more homely experience close to the nuwara eliya city centre rather than staying a crowded hotels.

This Is nice spacious apartment with all required tools and it’s near the Gregory lake and moons plains. Very pleasant experience with friendly and supportive staff coordinated by Nalin, that will help you with everything u requested. We stayed 2 nights comfortably.
