Once I stay in this hotel with my family.it is a very nice place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is morvalous on a top of a hill.great view.all rooms have a great view. The foods are delicious and very fair price.at Nuwaraeliya it is difficult to find like this location.we had a nice party at the balcony.nice location. Definitely I am coming to next vacation as well

Very peaceful and quiet Bungalow with a beautiful view from the room. The room was very spacious and extremely clean with an enormous comfy bed. This was an amazing place to stay. Vignesh and his staff couldn't do enough to make our stay not only wonderful, but extraordinary. You must try the Sri Lankan recommend you stay here. I cannot fault anything. It was a pleasant memorable stay. Would recommend to all for the tranquility, hospitality, good serene location. Huge spacious rooms with excellent view, cleanliness at its best and good food.dinner and BBQ and visit the local tea plantation. Stayed here for 2 nights with friends. I highly

First and foremost its cleanliness. During our stay we enjoyed warmth and loving hospitality provided by the hotel and its crew. Rooms were clean and neat. Food was of great taste. The view was breathtaking. A great place to enjoy the cool climes of Nuwaraeliya.

Hi Im from Canda visted sri lanka for 5 days stayed at this bungalow with my girl friend. The location is marvellous. Great view. Rooms are neat and well arranged clean wash rooms the staff is very helpful. Wonderful location for very reasonable price. Their hospitality is marvellous. Thanks

Very nice place and view, plus the customer service was awesome to the point where we wanted to punch the guy who was treating us so well. Vignesh, the man of the bungalow crew, who literally treated us surprisingly bad made me remind of a lot of cursing words. There was no proper place to keep our plates after breakfast and they made a big fuss about us using the kitchen even after paying for gas and our own food. What a hospitality we had during this stay. There was no drinking water provided. When we asked for drinking water, this guy asked us to boil it ourselves, seems like self service but he came back and took away the kettle with water which we boiled ourselves for the team. Awesome attitude to get beaten up by customers. The breakfast buffet was very nicely presented having the containers that food was cooked itself plus no proper food containers for the BBQ as well. No matter how better and relaxing the place is, the hospitality matters the same way.never stayed in a place with such hospitality and mannered service where they ruined the vibe from the start itself.

We checked in this bungalow in a wet day the staff offered us hot black cofee with biscuits. Thanks so much they are very friendly. The garden is a heaven in front of a tea estate. Calm and quite. My fatigue vanished soon. We had a nice bbq night. The staff is very kind hearted and they served us delicious bbq. Superb location. Prices are fair. Friendly staff. Thanks for providing us superb holiday

The views from the location is best and the bungalow also very beautiful. But the service is really bad. The person who were in charge was trying a make fuss about everything we ask. There were no drinking water and when we ask, he asked us to boil the water by ourselves. When we boiled water, he took the kettle. When we asked for the utensils, he wasn’t ready to give us. Also, when we ask for extra tea cups, he refused to give and he said there will be coffee stains. The rooms were also very dusty. Even though the bungalow is beautiful, the 2 stars can never become 5 stars with this level of staff service.

Such a location and view can be only expected in star hotel usually, but with a lower budget it's a beautiful gift.very good hospitality.hygienic.everything is fabulous. Not only worth spending.nice place to stay again.specially Mr.sachira who works there is very nice and friendly.and safe place to stay.

First of all, two stars is just for the amazing view and the beautiful bungalow. It really could have been 5 stars if the service was as amazing as the view. Simply putting it out, the bloody person in charge there was rude and not friendly at all. For literally everything we ask, he was trying to make really bad fuss about it (providing us a rusted bbq machine).
Pre-advise - make sure you have a written proof about every detail during your stay including the number of water bottles and the pillows you want.

OYO - If you don't change the people out there, definitely you're gonna lose business!

The hotel has a great view but the service was very poor as we waited like 45 mins to check in. There were no one once we reached there and all doors were open without anyone in the hotel so we asked someone who was near by the hotel to inform the caretaker that guests have come and waiting to check in. But he came like 30 mins later and he didn’t know about the exact booking details (Regarding meal plans, Number of rooms etc…) That was a very annoying experience as we reached after very long journey and we had to wait for long time outside the hotel to check in with our luggage bags.

Very clean rooms. Excellent hospitality. Mr Vignesh treated us well. Very fair prices superb view. Difinetly vist again.

We are from Australia. The views you gets in this location are the best in NuwaraEliya. Friendly staff and great hospitality.

I'm not sure who own this place but the view is absolutely fine. But when it comes to hospitality and service Iam sorry to say if there is an option to select no star i would do it too. We work in service industry too we deal with local and foreign customer’s this is the first time i saw this kind of bad attitude in a reputed resort. Kindly request the owner or the manager who manage or own this place to look into this matter and take necessary actions before this employee ruins your business. Also i should mention there is another person known as sachira he is really good at his work and he is the person who really gave us the proper hospitality but the other person tried to control him too. I'm not sure who is the head whether it’s sachira or the other person who treated us in a bad way but still I request you to give the opportunity to sachira who really knows what hospitality and humanity means. Thank you very much for a absolutely wonderful stay with the worst hospitality ever.
