Very nice hotel.

1. Very clean and comfortable
2.good breakfast
3.location is a bit far from the central area but a quick tuk tuk ride will get you there.
4. Gave it 4 stars because when we got there we were not allowed to check in early. The hotel was empty and this was really a formality.

We had a wonderful stay and the villa is value for the money compared to other locations in Nuwaraeliya. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious have a great view of Gregory lake as well. Food is ok but better if it can be improved further.

Spent one night here in a room with a terrace. The hotel has a fantastic location with beautiful views over the lake. The approach is probably very steep. The room and bathroom were small but comfortable and very clean. The staff was very friendly. There was free WiFi in the room. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with the diner. The chicken soup I ordered was bland and without any ingredients, the main course was lukewarm and we didn't like it, and my two ice cream scoops for dessert were full of ice crystals. The room was very noisy and there was some mold on the walls. The chairs being moved in the restaurant above our room and the television in the next room were very audible. A pity.

The hotel is located on a hill with lake and park views on Nuwara Elyia, which can be easily reached on foot or by tuk tuk for 1.50 euros. Extremely personal and friendly welcome and service. The entire house is polished silently from morning to evening. We have never had such thoroughly cleaned rooms and the polished wooden floors are a beauty.
Dinner and breakfast were prepared according to our personal wishes.
A very nice house in a quiet but not remote location.

What a serenity place. The beauty and the ambience is beyond perfect. The chef was superb and food the food is really delicious. We’ve met the most friendliest staff throughout these years. Wonderful villa. No words️ -hope to comeback and visit your place again.

Lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location facing Gregory lake and beautiful mountains range, viwe is breathtaking. Rooms are spotless, cleane, spacious, comfortable and are warm while outside is very cool. Breakfast is plentiful and Staff are very helpful. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners.price is very reasonable too.

What a serene beauty! A great place to spend your holidays with the breathtaking view of the Gregory Lake from your room. We spent our Christmas holidays here, Room was clean and spacious, and the food was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place.

This boutique villa which has 6 rooms is such an amazing place to stay over in Nuwara Eliya.

We stayed over the weekend for the Naadagama concert and I couldn’t think of a better place to stay after it. This has to be one of those hotels which has the best view over the lake.
Loved the atmosphere of its surroundings and the staff was awesome. They offer a continental breakfast for B&B which was really good. Shoutout to Dushan who handled our stay and also Ashan and Pala:)

This place was really nice. One of the best places to stay in Nuwara Eliya with a great view. Well trained staff and they were polite and professional. Food was delicious. Can recommend the place to anybody

Nice place with amazing view. Even though the double rooms are in the ground floor. Villa is at much higher level than the main road. So the view is not disturbed at all. Also double rooms have access to a garden which is far better than typical balcony. Best place to relax and enjoy the calming beauty. Staff is also friendly. Highly recommend

One word which comes to mind is awesome scenery with a view to kill of the Gregory Lake, the staff specially Asst. Manager Chiran along with his colleagues Ashaan n Sripal are excellent n they pamper you with there attendance to details of yr requirements, beautiful cosy lakeside view rooms, a must stay when u visit Nuwara Eliya.
