Single Tree Hotel

We came as a family (2 adults and 2 children aged 5-9). The room was great with very comfortable bedding. The staff is caring and adorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms are basic but clean! Service is excellent and the owners are very very helpful!

Good location for both the town, station and Gregory Lake.

Very good place to stay.resonable prices for room and laundry.we stayed there for 2 days. The manager name here is franklin.he is very friendly and helped us with all the needs.had a good time here.

Wonderful place which is value for money. Service is great and so is the staff. Delicious food but a tad bit pricey compared to food in nuwara Eliya town. Friendly doggos stand guard
Overall, a great place for a budget stay

Transport service from train station advertised as free, then charged 2500 rupees. Mountain bike for rent, but without brakes, in a deplorable state, laundry made wet, after 3 days, and no communication between employees and bosses, who seem to be present only when it suits them, letting employees do the dirty jobs. In particular explaining a disputed invoice. Avoid at all costs.

Situated in a very good location which is Near Gregory lake. There is no compound in the parking area but still it looked safe. Budget friendly. Staffs are really nice and helpful.

Negatives:
- Bathroom was clean but smelly
- Bedsheets had small holes
- Doors were not good especially the bathroom door was really hard to close
- there were no soap and shampoo in the bathroom

Nice place. But I went there as a driver. Driver's accomodation is not reasonable. Beds were dirty. But it was good that Hot water was there.
We all are humans.

Single Tree Hotel is a nice place to stay, the room was very big and view was great. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was great. Hotel was very helpful in organizing additional transfers for excursions at a reasonable price. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Friendly personal, but the room was not so clean and the Toilet was losing the water.
Had nevertheless a good experience here, also with the organization of a Jeep driver for Horton Plains.

Find the bar walking distance downtown. Best dude bar in the world. Maybe only bar in town. Not open during the many obscure Sri Lankan holidays to my chagrin as I returned solely to go there.

Two front rooms located 2nd floor is the best. Other rooms are packed and no and view. Glass front gives a wonderful view, specious rooms. Good staff is there. Can negotiate room prices. But they try to charge high prices for food if you do not check the bill. Location is also easy to access Nuwaraeliye town.

Really calm place to spend the day with your family. Very nice staff they serve amazing foods, we used to stay couple of times over a year which was a great experience in little England - Sri Lanka.

Amazing place to spend the night. Really safe and great service Yummy foods provided. Comfortable rooms with hot water, TV and etc.

Worst hotels to stay overnight. Poor facilities (Poor internet connection) but the price is high. I don't recommend this hotel. Watch the deal cause owner is very tricky. (warning)
