W15 Lake Gregory

Simply one of the best places i have stayed at in Sri Lanka! Exceptional food and exceptional staff! They went back and beyond to accommodate us and we are truly amazed at how they made the stay most memorable with thoughtful gestures and remarkable service. The property itself was beautifully and comfortably done and well maintained.

Super accommodating. Class room. Good breakfast. We enjoyed the stay very much. The only point of criticism is the loose corrugated iron on the roof. It was stormy and thundered badly. This should be urgently repaired.

We loved our stay at W 15 Lake Gregory. Location was great with a beautiful view of Lake Gregory. Conveniently situated near the city. The bungalow is well maintained and has really nice interior and feel to it. The staff is very helpful and professional. They were happy to oblige to our requests. Swimming in heated pool in cool climate of Nuweraeliya was one of a kind experience. Room was cosy and well maintained and heating was good. We had a very relaxing time there. Thank you for the great service.

Hands down the best boutique hospitality experience I have had, and the premier destination for your stay in Nuwara Eliya. The manager and staff are experts at their craft, and the food is better than restaurant quality. Truly a exceptional experience.

A highlight of our Sri Lanka trip. Unparalleled service met incredible food and luxurious rooms. The restaurant setting was so comfortable and upscale and the movie room and pool were wonderful additions. Staff were amazing and hospitality was spot on, no detail was missed, particularly enjoyed finding hot water bottles keeping our bed warm after dinner.

Beautiful hotel near the lake with a beautiful garden in front. Very clean and well maintained. Luxurious rooms with Spa Ceylon products. Professional staff and very friendly at all times. Many thanks to Mr. Mohan and his professional staff for providing us with the best service. They also arranged to do our laundry on short notice, which we really appreciated a lot. Tasty rice and curry. We can highly recommend this hotel and will come again for sure when we are in Nuwara Eliya.

We didn't live here, but we had breakfast. The table offers a pleasant view of the lake and stables. Food and service are up to par. Breakfast cost 6500 for two

Excellent place, we stopped in for a meal, even though we didn’t stay at this hotel, they still treated us like family, cooked delicious fish, lit a fireplace. A wonderful place and the people who work there, even if you don’t plan to live there, come for lunch or dinner. The place is great.

From the arrival, to check-in to all the way, The manager Mohan welcomed us warmly.

Location: It was very nice, just above the lake. Garden and the bungalow is maintained great.

Food: it was good, garlic rice I had was wonderful. Also we had pancakes for breakfast.it was delicious. It is worth mentioning the sourdough dish. Sri lankan breakfast was nice too.

Service: from the GM, Manager to waiter everybody was attentive. Use whatsapp very convenient.at dinner they arranged our table near hearth. <3

Suggestions: increase the temp of the indoor pool.feel better bath on a heated pool.
Get wifi working inside the rooms.it's bad reception inside the room so didn't work the mobile data too.
