Winter villa

A beautiful villa which is situated in Nuwara Eliya.

A reasonable priced place where a friendly service can be experienced.

Rooms are comfortable and the rooms are spacious.

The location was good and very calm to stay. The villa is near to the town and very helpful. I prefer winter villa is the best place to stay.

Nice appartement with calm location. Not far away from the city. Clean and comfortable room with excellent bathroom and facilities. Staff were helpful.
? Dont have heater only blankets in the room. Its better if available coffe maker in the room.

Location was good as it's closed to the nuwara eliya town. There are two boys who does everything, they did thier best to serve me good but I'm not impressed with it. I wanted to check out early in the morning but both of them were busy in kitchen, finally I have to go down to the kitchen to tell them that I'm checking out. I think they cook the food by themselves that's why the food was not that good, I had chicken fried rice, the chicken was so hard and rice was very salty.not worth 700 rupees for that salty food. They served me food in the room, and they were not bother to collect the plate, unless you call them to collect. Room was just okay for 4000 rupees. I don't know why they put TVs? It's very old fashion, nowadays everyone have electronic devices, they need WiFi that's enough. Tv also they have only one channel that channel also very blurry. Cannot watch. In the bathroom, they have hot water, but shower cannot be use, never saw that kind of shower, at least they should have a bucket and a jug or a mug so that we can have a bath with it but no. I have to take a bath sitting under the tap like a child. Surroundings are dirty. I didn't complain to them anything because I was there for just one day, and didn't expect much as I only wanted a bed to sleep for a night. They have so many things to improve. I think they don't know how to attract tourists. You have to think that when you go as a tourist, what are your needs. What is your expectations, according to that need you have to maintain the hotel. Not like if someone comes let them come if they don't want to come let it be. They are not bothered if tourists comes or not. That is not how you do business.

It is a good place close to town. Very friendly staff. Tasty food. It is worth the price paid.

This is really a very good place to stay, near in Nuwara Eliya Town. It is located next to Victoria Park and ten minutes walk from Nuwara Eliya bus stand. We also have the ability to order and pick up the required food. There is a very good staff.
Highly recommend.
