Delicious food, amazing food and such a pretty place. Reasonable price for all the amnesties offered. Shout-out to the manager was being so helpful.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The coziest place with a wonderful interior, calming dining area and the warmest staff. What more could you ask for? The manager, Mr. Nilanga, was the sweetest, friendliest and most helpful person as he made sure we had a good time with the family.

* Thank you for arranging the train trip with snacks to Bandarawela from Nuwara eliya. Very comfortable rooms and the chef was very helpful at Riverside Inn @ Bandarawela

Had a family full-board stay for three days. Hands-down, no complaints at all. Such a calming and peaceful place. Food was absolutely top-notch, rooms all well-maintained, and the location is so close to the town so it’s very convenient.
Also, absolutely have to mention the staff. Service was amazing all throughout our stay and specially, the manager, Mr. Nilanga should be definitely be mentioned. He made sure everything went smoothly and the oversaw everything to perfection.

All in all, 10/10. Would totally recommend.

A very fine small hotel with an amazing good management & superb hospitality.

The dining area on the upper floor is very beautifully decorated with wooden ceiling, walls and carpeted floor which keeps it pretty warm.

The food served is fresh and also very delicious.

Rooms are of standard type very well kept & clean. There's geyser in all bathrooms and hot water is available round the clock.

Location wise its very near to famed spots around Nuwara Eliya like Gregory lake, Race Course, market.

Only Con of the place is that the WiFi is available only in the lobby.

Overall a good hotel and very highly recommended. Keep it up

Extremely clean and tidy rooms. Wooden floors and interior keeps inside warm.well maintained property even in this pandemic situation with minimized bussiness.
Food is OK.but not the best (Acceptable as they are offering budget packages these days).
Situated in a very convenient location with easy access and Private Parking.

Very nice place with friendly staff. Location is convenient, easy access to Nuwara Eliya market, Victoria Park, Gregory lake and race course ground. Rooms are neat and clean. Price is completely cheaper. Wooden restaurant is very attractive and space is large enough. Some rooms have views of lake area. According to the size of the crowd, the menu is changing. They provide buffet for a large group, otherwise you will have the set menu.

A good hotel to stay
Room was neat and clean, good bathroom with hot water. Free WIFI available at the reception. Hotel staff is very friendly.
I had to leave the hotel at 5 AM and they provided packed descent breakfast.

We liked the place, as it was raining in Nuwara Eliya, but the rooms felt warm unlike the gloomy weather outside, and they let us keep our bicycles in the conservatory.

Nice place. Friendly staff with smiling face. Prices are reasonable as the quality of the rooms. Situated few minutes away from the town, Gregory tank, Race course ground, and many other places. Management is always looking for new technology and it seems like they change the door locks of the rooms recently with a new card system. Car parking, wifi and many other facilities are there. Its a nice place to spend your holiday.

Nice place with wooden interior. Good food. Order 1 hour earlier at the restaurant because they take 45-60 mins to prepare.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel! Im Stil eines englischen Steinhauses kann man am Morgen den Sonnenschein in sein Zimmer haben. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, im Vergleich was man in Sri Lanka sonst so erleben kann, und das Frühstück unter dem Holzspitzdach / Dachboden hat eine besondere Atmosphäre. Zum See ist es nicht weit, und das Personal ist zuvorkommend und die Eigentümer sind eine reizende Familie die das Haus professionell führen. Danke nochmals:)
