Had priceless experience at this beautiful and calm resort. Their customer service is beyond excellent. Rooms were specious, clean and well maintained. Pool was also well maintained and lovely. No words to explain the quality and delightness of the food. Best seafood meals have we ever experienced. Super super tasty and hugh portions. Totally worth experiencing. I highly reccomend. This was my first time visiting this hotel. I was very surprised with their hospitality. The staffs are very kind, helpful and informative.the staffs of this hotel is above average. About the facilities, they also have a complete facilities for weekend gateways with our family of friends. The room size is big and clean. Very recommended hotel.only problem we faced was the mosquitoes. Other than that place and the food was exquisite. Highly recommend.

They provide very good service and facilities. There is a car park space and swimming pool. When we enter into the hotel, its feel like we enter into a natural place. Because of the trees, plants and garden look.

Friendly staff. Place & foods (buffet) have not fulfilled my expectations compared to the price (19,800/= full board double). Hotel location not near the any attractions such as beach or any thing.

We are grateful to Marlon, who was always attentive, made us feel welcome, and truly cared about us during our stay! You can tell he really loves his work, going above and beyond during each interaction. The pool is gorgeous and worth visiting. The rooms are clean, and the beds are really comfy; there is also a good-sized bathroom. The food is delicious, and I ate the finest oysters I've ever had in my life! My compliments to the Marlon, The staff also gave us tea every morning which we very enjoyed. Not to mention the extremely tranquil setting in which one may unwind without difficulty. In short, our stay was flawless. Highly recommended! Excellent quality at an excellent price!

One of the best holidays we ever had. You could simply relax here by the pool, with great food, impeccable customer service and absolutely lovely environment. They accommodated all our requirements and made it super comfortable even for the two little babies we were traveling with. The bathrooms are not high end but cleanliness is maintained and that’s what was important for us. We rented two double bedroom units and they were fine. Would suggest to have some hanging space for worn clothes in the bathrooms or nearby. Food was great but sometimes the sea food was not towards the Lankan spicy side, I am sure they would have been more than willing to adjust it according to our taste but we enjoyed the authentic flavors and hence didn’t want to bother. Over all absolutely lovely experience! Thank you Attara staff and Mr. Mario who coordinated everything so smoothly although he wasn’t present at the premises.

Atara lagoon is located in close proximity to the Kalpitiya town. The place is very well maintained and the ambiance is very appealing.the food served here is amazing. Trying sea food offered here is a must if you're travelling to Kalpitiya! The owner Mario Marlon and the staff were really helpful and they wouldn't hesitate to go the extra mile to make your stay memorable!

We had an amazing stay at Atara Lagoon - Kalpitiya. Kalpitiya was a bucket-list destination of us and Atara Lagoon was always gonna be the place!

This place is awesome if you wanna hang out and chill, to have a great meal, or even to participate in many adventurous events Atara Lagoon offers. Kite-surfing, kayaking, diving are just few of many. Our favorite activity was going to see dolphins. We felt very safe as we were in the hands of well-experienced professionals. And we were very fortunate to have witnessed a school of around 1500 dolphins swimming around us. It was indeed a magical experience and a 'must try' if you're staying at Atara Lagoon.

The rooms were comfortable, the food was great, and they had the friendliest staff you could wish for.

The only regret we have is not being able to stay any longer.

We would definitely come back and highly recommend to anyone that are planning on staying here.
