Beautiful apartment with nice swimming pool, close to the sea. You walk out of the gate and the beach is less than 50 m away. Relax under the palm trees on the beach near a church.

The room was clean, with well-functioning air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Breakfast was average, but we found it on the expensive side compared to other dining options: for example, continental breakfast costs 2500 rupees per person excluding tea/coffee. Dinner was also average, which we heard afterwards was due to the absence of the chef. We would have preferred to have known that in advance. On the other hand, the room is relatively cheap.

Nice place to hang out with friends and family members. Rooms were clean and tidy. Friendly service you can have access to the pool also and a chef was there for foods prices also reasonable. Only negative thing was distance from the Kochchikade town other than that it was good outing. I would recommend this place.

Wonderful villa which we found from waikkal. Very convenient place to visit. Sea view for balcony and there is a nice beach and church infront of the Villa. Clean and big pool available. Owner is very friendly and supportive. Highly reccomend this place to visit for all.
