Wild Wadi Wilpattu

We stayed here for two days. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Great meals and super friendly staff. The owner and his wife were very welcoming and ensured all our requests were accomodated. Would definitely visit again!

We had an awesome weekend at Wild Wadi. Food was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. The new chalet was spacious and comfortable. So much to explore and do in this location if you are wildlife enthusiast.

This time would be my third visit just two weeks back. And as usual it was a time well spent two nights have never gone so fast. Its normal for time to fly when you enjoying the sourindings and just let louce.
The newly built jungle villa is a luxury in the corner of the greenery. Missed the couple Shanka and Manori and Mateo that made all this a reality. However not forgetting Shafran and his team for making our saty a home away from home. Factually we had the place to our selfes and it was a blast. The night safari was rewarded with a close to of a tusker with one tusk and a short tail, stating the obvious hes a loner and not to be told with, he did disappear in to the water after a brief pose.
The day in the park was rewarded with a leopard and few close up Ele's. I was more keen on seeing as much of the park as we could accommodate in one day. All in all, you guys did it again wild wadi team never disappointing, See you guys again much love.

What a beautiful place. If you need a relaxing place away from the noisy city and closer to the wild life, this is the place to be. You cannot imagine a place like this exists. I soothing boat ride in the evening, a full day Safari in wild Willpaththu or even a night run to take a glimpse of the elephants is always possible.

If you feel hot a quick plunge in the plunge pools will keep you refreshed.

Modernized room with A/C which can only be noticed once you enter as the management has not touched the surroundings as wild as possible to give you the feeling that you are in the jungle.

We really enjoyed our stay at Wild Wadi Wilpattu.
It's one of the best hotels located within close proximity to Wilpattu entrance from Eluwankulama.
This is the nearest entrance to Wilpattu if you are travelling from Colombo.
The owner Manori is a very helpful lady who looked after our requirements from the time we checked into the hotel.
Food was amazing and we enjoyed fresh seafood served. They served us tea with fresh milk sourced from the nearby farmers.
She also arranged us a boat trip in the lagoon and was in close contact with the boat owner to ensure that we are well served and our safety was taken care of.
Our boys really enjoyed the plunge pool.
Overall it was a amazing stay. Surely we will visit again to Wild Wadi.

tour the management together with the kind and friendly staff took great care of us and helped organize a good safari jeep for us.
A must visit place for adventure or for a holiday to relax nice location with fresh Cool air and wind.

The ideal place to escape the city and relax in nature. Situated close by to wilpattu National park’s eluwankulama entrance makes even better for wildlife enthusiasts. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Every room comes with a plunge pool and food was also very good. Highly recommended

Good jumping off point to Wilpattu. Can be reached by a car without too much fuss. About 100m from the carpeted road along a dirt road. Rooms were big, very clean and comfortable. Small plunge pool for each room which was clean and well maintained. Food was OK. Nothing to write home about. Staff were welcoming and cooperative.
