Landa Holiday Houses

This is actually in the middle of nowhere, but for us it was one of the better hotels in Sri Lanka. It is not the hippest place to stay, but the room was spacious and clean. You included the frogs in the toilet and shower ;). But the staff is the max. I have an allergy and was pregnant and they took this into special account in terms of breakfast and dinner. I couldn't wish for more.

Rain forest hotel, calm place, even you can hear water flow sound, all green surroundings, scenic views, good rooms, even tree houses, waterfalls neaby, nice place to relax

Landa holiday houses exceeded our expectations. We booked the combined triple rooms which had the option to share balconies. Rooms were clean and the atic loft for the third person was a nice touch. The management was prompt in accomodating our requests and Kamal who took care of us at the premises was helpful and accommodatng. The management also arranged for us an experienced and pleassant guide who took us to nice locations. Will definitely return here for our next stay in Belihuloya.

Not suitable for use as a family accommodation. Employees often spend time around the room and windows. When going to complain about this, the manager takes the side of the employees and even scolds them with obscene words. Manager always on drunk. Think before using as a shelter. You may be the next unlucky person to experience this.

Rooms are very beautiful & clean. Build in modern and traditional architecture. Hot water, Satellite TV, Telephone available in every Single room. Parking also available.

There is a person name Kamal. He is the manager in here. Good person with the kind heart. He has more than 17 years experience in tourism. He know how to manage the everything.prices are very reasonable.

Located in Belihuloya. A nice place to stay and spend the time with family and friends. Nice landscaping and the most interesting thing is the water stream at the back yard. Room conditions are good and beautiful seenering can be enjoyed through the window and from the balcony of the rooms. This place is suitable for small get togethers too.

This place is very good if you are looking for a calm place near Belihuloya area. Although the sound of the nearby water stream disturbs the silence of the night, you will love it if yoh are a nature lover. Also met Jeff whom he said was like the half owner of the place, and he was very friendly along with all the staff. Couldnt try the meals since we were in a hurry to leave in the morning. Double room was spacious and the washroom was clean and tidy as well.

Landa is one of the best hotels to stay around Belihuloya! Quite closer to locations such as Nonperial, Bakers's Bend & Pahanthudawa waterfall! Highly recommended place and the food was excellent! Quite a good place to enjoy the nature!

Super secret hotel with nature view and quiet environment.if you nature lover it is perfect place.friendly staff and delicious village food available. Large parking area available and tree house also there.separate room available for honeymoon couples.small river can see down side the resort.prices are quite high than that area hotels.but it is reasonable

Wonderful hotel with good landscape. I recommended the chalets far down. They have slot of privacy and a feeling like a treehouse. Out of everything I love the food cooked by achchi.
