Manager Sudeera is super unprofessional. Zero professionalism shown. We stayed for a one night at this resort and the service was absurd. Water of the pool is unclean and smelly. 3 out of 5 rooms didn't have AC at all. No bedsheets, towels, soaps or any toiletries available in any room.broken wardrobes, not a single square plug points. Had the agreement as a private reservation but more than 5 other groups had day outs. Privacy is zero. Food is also not upto standard. Utter waste of money. Sudeera Samaraweera is marketing himself as a general manager of Concord Apperal assuring the arrangements of our stay, which none was met as agreed.
