Very bad service, Specialy the maneger and the staff were so bad, they do not treat visiters. Do not visit this place.

Not recommended this hotel for any of celebration (experienced with wedding) as their service is very poor. Foods are not tasty, not enough qualified staff to serve. Very poor management n not concern about customers' requirement.

Everything is below average in this hotel (food, staff, bathroom, infrastructure). The location and the infrastructure has so much potential, but I can understand that they could not invest much due to the lack of tourists during the COVID period. Positive point: we had a very big room.

Poorly maintained. The swimming pool looked like a garbage dump. Not cleaned the garden and pathways for months. Rates were still high. Not recommended.

Hotel needs some refurbishing. Rooms spacious but lots of little faults such as doors not closing properly and fridge not working. Gardens very nice. Food not so good.

I held my wedding party in here on 28th of November in 2019 and my experience was very much dissatisfied and disappointed except the quality of the food, such they were unable to provide promised facilities which are told us and stole our stuffs including wedding cakes and other foods. Also during the party they blocked the water supply to rooms and bathrooms till we informed to them. Never recomding to celebrate your imfortant events of your life.

Good location, large area, pool.
But all this requires updating, traces of desolation are visible with the naked eye.

Rooms are very old.shower head broken.wall paint peeling.bed was really bad.cannot sleep on the mattress.basic food choices. Staff very friendly.

Good and helpful staff. Very eco friendly and beautiful scenery you can find mines close to that area which are open for the public not much of complexity but it's nice and simple

I didn't satay at the hotel but visit for a wedding few days ago. Hotel is very beautiful, but couldn't enjoy all the facilities. Especially the garden is spacious enough but need to be maintained regularly. The Negative factors are the staffs and their services. Especially waiters are not much friendly and attentive to the service.

Went to swimming only, not so far good. No any rules for swimming, they are allowing everyone without proper swimming suit. Can find Long hair everywhere inside the pool.

The perhaps only decent place to stay in this area. On the road out of Ratnapura towards Panadurex. A huge complex set in tea estates. Impressive foyer. Brass lined stairs. Amazing large restaurant with 200 seats. Air con conference room. And many clean rooms upstairs with balcony

Very bad service and dishonest hotel.booked on line but refused to provide rooms and charged twice the price finally. Also witnessed other guests faced similar problems.
