Talking about 14: 30 hrs AC bus from Vavuniya to Colombo.
We booked the seats before 3 days on our travel date over the phone and with in few minutes we received the seats number and they kept the same seats for us.
They started on time, bus was clean and USB points for phonecharges.
Best parts are safe driving and light music (no headache).
They have improve in answering phone calls and need to keep the phone on.
They put all the passengers in, so if you like to travel without a seat, you can.
