Vanni Inn

I had a terrible experience at Hotel Vanni Inn. I waited for an hour, and when the food finally arrived, it was okay in taste but disappointingly lacking in quantity. Additionally, a 10% service charge inflated the overall price, making it more expensive than other restaurants in Vavuniya.

We've visited several times. Food is always delicious. We often order Vanni in special chicken biryani, indian biriyani, hydrabath beef dum biriyani, and hydrabath chicken briyani for lunch.
Almost all are good. In earlier times, food was so spicier. But now it's ok.

Bad customer service.when there were people in the small function, we went take our dinner.then we had a poor service from them.

Customer service is very bad and also I'm waited for more than 1 hour for my dinner I'm really disappointed with staff they don't know how to speak with customer dear management please consider the this issue because I'm always prefer a your restaurant but hereafter I recommend for your restaurant for dining.

Visited this place after long time with my family. Tried their vegetable rice and curry and it was so amazing.tried the same next day as well. They change the menu each day and it's really nice ️. Service was also great and took good care of us.

Rooms looked tooo bad in condition. It was like going inside an old room which was cleaned months ago. The stickers were torn hanging. Not to forget about the bathroom, couldn't place my leg inside. The appearance itself sucked

Good restaurant. Food is good, service is okish. They have an AC restaurant too.they have Wedding halls too

Once it's time for delicious food this is a choice with a mid range budget. They do have rooms, better parking slots and a mini hall for functions.

Foods are very bad. Environment is good. Taking too much of time to deliver the food. They not accept visa card. I'm not recommend this restaurant.

Rooms are clean and neat. Best for the price. Fried rice and apple juice were so good. Recommendable

Have facilities suits for the cost. But they def should improve their facilities and customer service. Washrooms not so attractive. Some functions doesn't work properly.

One of the long lasting restaurants in Vavuniya.

Still I would say they have the best chicken rice and curry in Vavuniya

But other menus like Fried Rice and Kothu Rotty are declining in taste.
. But usually they surprisingly come up with fresh menus time to time.

Very poor cus service, I waited for lunch nearly 1 1/2 hour. One staff he came and got orders but he doesn’t do anything after that…if anyone plan to go this restaurant please get some food from your home….

First of all the food was amazing, writing from my heart and the tables were neatly arranged so there were no disturbance by other customers and there's enough space, you can easily adopted to their environment, but still there are two things to point out

one is the service, where the hell is the hospitality gone, totally disappointed by the service, you guys really have to check on that part.and the second one is there are like 100s of items in the menu, but when we tried to try something new, there is always one answer 'NO',
then why would you keep those items in menu

but still one of the best places to visit and have meal,
if you're planning to visit Vavuniya, add this to your check list

I ordered cheese kottu
they said don't have cheese
also too late to serve the food, poor customer service and not respectful servant
that's why i can't recommend this hotel

Service improved now after their new dispatch outlet. Pre-order for avoiding long waiting time.

It is a two floor building with 20 rooms mostly double bed with A/C.they charge 2500 srlankan rupees, got small hall in ground floor to accomodate around 150 guest, nice attached bathroom in all rooms.

This hotel is located in vavuniya town. They have some huge customer numbers and the food taste so good here. However it takes a lot of time for the food to be delivered to your table so going as a group will make sense. Don't miss on their kottu
