We ordered a Biriyani, price was 750/- and it had some delicious accompaniments. The milkmaid tea 150/- was really good.

It’s a nice and clean place with fast service.

There is lack of customer service.owner & anyone do not care cystomers.have to spent huge time for food

Nasi goreng oder செய்தோம் beef போடப்பட்டு இருந்தது. இலங்கையில் எல்லா இடத்திலும் கேட்பார்கள் beef போடுவதா என்று. இங்கு ஒன்றும் கேட்காமல் beef சேர்த்து தந்தார்கள். தொலைபேசியில் கேட்டபோது அது ஓடர் செய்த உங்களுடைய தவறு சரியாக ஓடர் செய்யவில்லை என்றார்கள். தயவுசெய்து இதனை கருத்தில் கொள்ளுங்கள்.

Along the main road and easy to locate. There was no parking space allocated to the hotel and you need to Park along the main road. Food was delicious and prices were reasonable. Vegetarian options were available and relatively cheaper. Eating place looks tidy during night. Service was prompt and polite. Take away options were available and appears to be popular with take away options.

We ordered a biriyani sahan. It was not hot and fresh one.
Very disappointed with poor customer service.

Food was tasteleas, we ask for a Buriyani, waiter provided with rice with a piece of chicken. Service was very poor. We will not go this place again.

At worst place. I went several time and I got experience as most irritating to their. In the Cash counter has appointed one of blady ideot disrespect boy. Poor services, poor communication from counter to kitchen. Time waste place dont go to take away you will wait more than one hrs to take your order.

Worst quality of foods. We ordered two mixed rice, one Nasi Goreng and one chicken full fried rice. They gave all of these orders immediately. They only heat the old foods and provide them. All of those rice smells very bad and we couldn't be able to eat them. They don't care about any quality and just want to earn money. If you are planning to take away the orders, always verify the food quality. High cost low quality. Wasted money.

Prices are high over compared to normal hotels ls

Customer service was too bad, I ordered 1 potion of Nasi goreng, and they took more than 1 hours to give me the food. And it was not that busy.

I m very disappointed by Althaf Stuff and Management. Very very poor customer service and waiter experience is something I never had in my life very disappointed.

1st - Need to teach them how to handle the customer.

2nd - Need to find what customer expectations and make the customer happy and comfortable.

3rd - When customer request or report something management should get attention and quick response to customer and find out what they needs.

Note: - We went to restaurant to eat and feel good but End of the day we get very disappointed and we are local people what about other who come from different cities? Omg i will not recommend this restaurant.

Very worst experience that, I ever had in restaurants.name called chicken fried rice funny things I didn't see a single pieces of chicken.waste of money, this "fried rice" and "chicken kottu" is not even worth for Rs. 10.

I brought fried rice around 11pm, we shocked once open from home there was no any single piece of chicken, totally cheated on 3 parcel

Very Big & Famous Restuarant in the town. Large seating area. Parking Available at in front of the shop. Food was so good. We ordered one Full chicken Fried rice. The portion is well enough for two persons. They have Kottu, Naan rotti, Fried rice, Nasigeorang & Special Buriyani Portions. Price was k. Worth for money. Very busy place. Recommended for large groups, Families. Very Clean Place. Staffs are so quick and service was good. Recommended

I had ordered briyani. Very very tasty.thereafter I had asked 2nd time briyani rice.they didn't give me. Cheap. Hajiar > Althab.
