Rooms are not the best but pretty much worth it as it is a dirt cheap options available in the area. Easy access to Ampara town. Operated by the municipal council hence the quality. Beware of the cockroaches and mosquitoes.

Not the best spot for training, big halls and spaces. However in terms of cleanliness and how the maintenance is horrible it is a let down.
No backup power supply available as well.
