Great place, rooms are clean. Washrooms are hygienic, enough parking available.

Staff are really helpful, especially Mr Hassan

Great hotel,
Spacious clean rooms, all with AC, fan, hot water and wifi.
Some rooms also has a balcony and a fridge.
The staff is very nice and helpful.
The manager Hassan is a super host, everything is possible here.

The hotel is right on the beach, there's a shaded sitting area, sunbeds on the beach and a restaurant.

We went here for a day at the beach (did not stay at hotel). Rented 2 sunbeds (1000 Rs / day). And had food and drinks. The service overall was bad. The food (chicken sandwich) was not worth the money. On the menu it said "chicken sandwich with cheese and. " and when we asked about cheese that was missing, the waiter felt super annoyed. He said something like "we use mayonnaise as cheese" and stuff like that. We got the cheese but at checkout he wanted to charge extra for something that was promoted as part of the food

We did not stay at this hotel but we went two nights for dinner. And what dinner! If you fancy good barbecued fish.this is the place! The best grilled tuna you can try with your feet in the sand! We recommend

Beautiful spot. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have views of the beach. Hassan was an exceptional host and looked after our every need. Beach in front is clean, and the water is amazing!

Fantastic location right on the beach and fantastic view from the room and on the terrace. Nice and quiet hotel, compared to a lot of other hotels in Arugam Bay. Beautiful palm trees on the whole area that gives necessary shade, so you can sit outside. Good room with mosquito net and a fridge and you can use the kitchen to cook yourself for an extra payment of 1500 per day. Good bed/madrasses. Good size bathroom with, what you need. A bit too many ants though in the room and bathroom, but that's probably just the benefit of being close to nature. The aircondition was a bit noisy and unstable - needs a replacement.
Very nice and friendly staff and the owner as well. We will definitely like to come back.

Zimmer sauber, Ausstattung wunderbar, Frühstück sehr lecker und auch sonst hat man uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt.
Personal war stets vor Ort und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Unser Highlight: wir konnten von unserem Bett aus morgens den Sonnenaufgang sehen!

Nice place with ocean view. Few meters to water. But - ants in the room, no hot water, no or very week WiFi

Location cannot get better than this as it is located right next to the beach therefore, it is really convenient. Booked two air conditioned rooms here and they were very neat & tidy and really gave money’s worth. Easy access to the restaurants, therefore getting meals is also not an issue. A few beach chairs are available facing the beach, so that you can chill with the sea. Parking available on location.

The place is absolutely awesome, directly at the beach with nothing but the sound of waves. We were there during low season which is super quiet so the perfect time to chill. The Staff are incredibly friendly and will do everything to make your stay perfect. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Perfect value for money, highly recommended and we would definitely come back. Thanks for such a nice time!

Amazing place to stay right by the beach. We stayed here for two months during covid-19 times and couldn’t have asked for a better place to be “stuck”. Room is modern with gorgeous views of the beach, ocean and palm trees. They have a spacious kitchen and dining area. Staff are friendly and helpful and polite. Security guard mama is top notch and great fun to be around. Must visit!

This is one of the best hotels we have lived at. Despite of us arriving at 10: 30 the owner was so nice and hospitable. None of the restaurants were open, the owner took us to his place and we could have dinner. He even dropped us back. Such a personalised and welcoming service. We are pleasantly surprised by the hospitality. Such a wonderful place and people.

Location is really good and the place is just by the beach.everything is clean and kept tidy. The Staff is very friendly and were taking care of me all the time. I recomend this place 100%

Great hotel right on the beach.
Cozy rooms with AC, fan, mini fridge and hot water in the shower.
