The rooms are like new!
Everything was great and fun
Very recommended
Stayed on short notice for three nights. Comfy bed and clean room + bathroom. Had some minor issues with AC, which were fixed asap by manager the same day we told him. We also got proper information about busses leaving north from Pottuvil bus terminal. Thanks for the hospitality.
Amazing room with balcony and beach view.decoration was so nice.we really loved the room. Good price.can see the beach view from the balcony and room really awesome.

Nice place in Arugam bay. Has its own beach restaurant. Cost rooms with ac and towels and blankets are provided. Lot of restaurant in and around. Parking can be bit tricky but you'll find some place. Good for cheap and budget stay.
We always enjoy at the surf excess, now it's off season, with discounted rates on all rooms. It's a seasonal discount time for customers.

Dorm room here is great value. Air conditioning, right on the beach comfy beds and perfect if you are partying or want a decent sleep to do activities. Staff/owners very helpful as well.

However, the place two doors up places loud doof doof music from mid morning, ALL day and well into the night. You won’t get a moments peace before 11pm
