Excellent location and very nice hosts. The room itself is completely fine. The shower is a bit unkempt, but it doesn't bother me that much. Air conditioner works well.
Totally worth the price.

Very good place, we stayed for 1 month. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable, they have a very cozy terrace. The service is very attentive and they helped us with everything. It should be noted that the site is very quiet for being in the center of Arugam Bay. We would return for sure.

Poor service, cancelled on me the day before, saying they had no rooms. Then offered me a room, then cancelled again. Would not recommend as they can’t promise a booking. Thanks for nothing!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. SCAM.
They charge more than they say.
I made a reservation through Booking for 4 nights for 15$, an offer from them on the app.
On the way to the hotel they send me a message saying that the room rate is 30$ PER NIGHT.
BEWARE.
There are better alternatives for the same price.

We arrived and got a nice room, and after 30min they changed us room because they apparently made a mistake in the booking.

We got a Cabana, which had a semi-roof, frogs IN the room, and the net was super dirty. We gently explained the manager we would cancel the booking because it just didn't make sense to pay this price for a place worse than doing camping.and which did not represent what we had booked. There are no photos on Booking.com for the Cabanas. The owner got super aggressive, screamed in my face to pay even if we didn't use anything in the room and did not sleep there. I got so scared that I was shaking and crying. Would not recommend.

Quite okay simple guest house, not far from the beach. Only thing that gave a bad taste was that when we wanted to stay there a second time (after spending some nights in another city) they wanted a significantly higher price than a few days earlier. And they told us only after we arrived there. So watch out!

Ambience is very nice but the food and service need a lot of improvement. The place seemed a bit under staffed so hopefully they get some help soon.

Sehr saubere Zimmer. Teilweise mit Klima, sonst guter, starker Ventilator.
Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist hervorragend und abends gibt es unter anderem auch BBQ.
Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

A fairly new place in town. Too early to give a balanced review. But the location next to Maja shop is good
