A fantastic 2 nights at Serenite Ella
Very friendly welcome from great staff and the owner. Stunning views from our room. Great food in a the restaurant lounge with a relaxed vibe.
Massage was too notch. Thoroughly recommend a visit

The remodelling mentioned in the previous comments has definitely been completed. An inviting reception, bar and dining area with a great view of the mountains and the valley of Ella really amazed us.
Our large room/balcony had an insanely beautiful view of a waterfall and the mountains.
The boss and the staff were very obliging and helpful. You could really tell that it was important to everyone that we had a pleasant stay. Many thanks/ boha estuti for that
The boss explicitly asked if there were any requests for improvement. So, if there is anything, there will be an open ear.
At breakfast we could choose between a traditional Sri Lankan or English breakfast, plus a small buffet with fresh fruit, juice and other treats.
We also made use of the spa, we had an Ayuvedan full body massage and an Ayuvedan facial, both highly recommended. The spa facilities are still very spartan but the service is excellent.
To summarise, our stay was really great and we left Ella with a tear in our eye.

We had an amazing experience in the hotel. The morning view from the balcony was worth it. The staff were awesome.

Lovely, clean, comfort, well designed hotel in the mountains overlooking the valley. A substantial breakfast served with a view of a waterfall. There's monkeys swinging in the trees outside your room and only 5 mins into Ella in a tuk tuk. No damp either. Would 100 recommend.

Stayed one night with the family. It was a plesant stay with great service from the staff.location is easy accessible compared to other hotels in ella. I must say the view from the hotel is not the best but quite good. Delux Room is really good but standard room need some restructuring. Food was awesome & almost all items arw available as in the menu. Limited parking space. Overall it's a possitive experience.

Great place to spend your vacation with good view of kithal ella waterfall. Great food, supportive staff, clean and comfortable rooms. About 1.5km to Ella town.

The room (I think it's a standard room) we had was old, especially the bathroom from which a bad small is coming out.
We spent two nights in the hotel but the room has not been made after our first night. It is near to the road so we easily hear the trafic and other noises.
The staff is nice though.

We really enjoyed our stay at Serenite. Our room had a mesmerising view that we woke up to, and a nice bathtub with the same view. Everything was clean and the service was extremely friendly and welcoming. The location was also ideal as it was just a quick 10 minute drive to Ella itself. We got a massage at the spa which was exactly what we needed, the masseuss were very professional. We ended our evening with a very tasty meal which we really enjoyed. Definitely recommended to anyone who is searching for a place to stay at Ella.

The place was amazing and staff was very friendly specially staff member Ramesh and manager was very friendly and treat us so well 10/10 recommended who ever going to stay this place.

Budget friendly accomodation in a beautiful setting in Ella. Rooms are well maintained. And the team provided a good service. Loved our stay.

Hotel has best views and had a very pleasant stay. Food was tasty and staff was very friendly. Especially Chathura was very flexible and gave a superb service during our saty.

About the property, it has one of the great and serene views. The rooms are neat.

I just popped in for a bite to eat, I didn’t sleep here.

It’s a bit more modern and upmarket, simple, and nicely styled, with wonderful views (and wine on the menu). I was hoping for a decent speciality coffee, as it seemed like that kind of place … but instead I found the best Rice and curry I’ve had since traveling 3 months in Sri Lanka. Yum Yum:)

Since the First call service was super excellent.food, location, Rooms, Staff, specially chathura all are Superb.there is so calm and quiet beautifull location. BEST HOTEL located at ella.if you guys looking fo good one to stay. I highly recomended this place.keep up good works guys.cheers

Rooms are comfortable. View is not so bad. Hotel surrounding and rear space not comfortable. It has no any compound or open space for enjoy. Overall good.

Serenite Villa is outstanding for two reasons. One is service and the other is food. We spent two nights there and it was an extremely pleasant stay. A particular mention about Ramesh & Chathura because they proved to be the best service oriented staff I have met in life. Their attention, humility and kindness is something that I have not experienced in star hotels. During the stay there was a power cut and my brother in law had an online lecture to be conducted that time. These guys sprung into action and worked hard to get the generator running which had not been used for a while and finally manage to power up the place. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Authentic SriLankan mouthwatering food. Hot Pol Rotti, Chicken Curry, Malu Ambul Thiya, Dhal, Katta Sambal, Pitti and Kiri Hodi was such a heavenly combination. Even at the point of checking out Ramesh wanted to offer us some hot coffee.
He is a next level service guy who had never even done even a hotel school course. Thank you Ramesh and Chathura for making it such a pleasant stay.

Best place to visit. Best views of Kithal alla and cloudy mountains. Great food and great service. Very reasonable price. You should add this place to your bucket list.

This place booked our friend for our honeymoon. Wonderful hidden gem! We stayed an extra night because we loved it so much! The staff is absolutely fantastic. Thay helped so much every time. The food flavourful & healthy, Vegetarian food at high level and very fresh and tasty. A great place to relax directly in a beautiful nature. Thank you for everything, we hope to see you very soon again!

Amazing hospitality. Great breakfast too! They’ve got mountain bicycles that are available for rent. Watch out for the monkeys that might visit you on the balcony in the morning- isn’t a reflection off the mirror!
