Best service in Batticaloa.im travelling with them for the past 10 years and best service.they are the only one that has proper documents and route permits.others are running illeagaly.i dont know why most muslim people left bad review.maybe they dont take the ticket early and they cancel the reservations.lol.overall surena is the travel trademark of batticaloa run by TAMIL.

Surena Travel is doing a good transport service. All Batticaloa people know about their service.
Always seats booking are full.
But one thing, when I called to the number which i got from their Web site, that person doesn't know how to speak with customers.

Surena bus offers AC and comfortable seats. Overall, I had a positive experience. I Highly recommend their service

The bus was abit cold since a centralised AC, but in overall, seatings and vehicle driving ability was good.

I really had a bad experience with them.they simply cancel the seat without informing the passenger and put you in a hard time, when they get good deal for the seat you reserved.

Maybe a good idea to turn off the music so people can sleep and not everyone has the same taste.

Bus is comfortable. But not too comfortable. They supply water bottles in the travelling time. They charge 1300 lkr for seat booking for Batticaloa to colombo. But conductor issue bus ticket fair only 1 000 lkr

Liked the Bus trip of Surene Travels. Usually, the travel agents score upto Colombo Fort. The up & down service is applicable here. Enjoyed the Air-conditioned Bus service very much, with other extra special facilities like Music, TV show & the Free wireless Fidelity system [WIFI]. But, however the WIFI system is lack of speed, it has some fun in it! Only the best technology or network experts may find it out! ANYONE WHO IS A NETWORK OR TECHNOLOGY EXPERT PLEASE FIND OUT WHAT"S BEHIND THE INTERNET PROTOCOL! Nothing bad but just some funny news indeed. Loved the bus service very much.
