By far the best food we have had whilst we stayed in Hikkaduwa. The service was amazing, the price reasonable, ans the restaurant clean and cool. We had a vegan sri lankan curry on the set menu. There was plenty of food and it was all very tasty. Most definitely worth a visit

We went here last night and it was brilliant, great layout and the staff was present without being evasive. We ordered the set menu for two people which sampled loads of things and was brilliant, perfect portion for two and comes with a cup of cinnamon tea afterwards. Even with drinks this came to less than £9.the mind boggles. Definitely worth a visit and nice to have something a touch more authentic (I don’t want to presume but the older lady cooking the food could have been the waiters mum, looking at their relationship). Go visit, lovely place.

Best food I had in Hikkaduwa. The interior is really well done too, which makes for a nice relaxing escape from the street. 10/10

Amazing food! Serve non veg and veg and Vegan food. The whole meal set is so soooo good. Best pumpkin curry I ever had! I wish u had the chance to try their vegan pancakes, next time! The place is clean and atmosphere nice. A must try in Hikkaduwa!

Fish and the dessert were delicious. We are sorry that we didn't found this place earlier:) whole fish with coconut curry sambal is a must try

Easily the best place to eat in Hikkaduwa! Fresh, healthy and tasty local food, with good portion sizes. Local family run with nice relaxed and very stylish atmosphere. Prices are very fair for the quality you get

This place was one of my favourites for authentic curry and rice. The menu is nice and the drinks are creative

Aroma became our favourite place to eat both lunch and dinner during our three week stay in Hikkaduwa. We tried othes restaurants and allways returned to Aroma. We chose various vegetable dishes and desserts and they were all delicious. Also the athmosphere and service is first class. Highly recommended!

Cute cost little place.loved the feel.tried the prawn curry rice and the fried chicken.prawn curry rice for as amazing. Chicken was over fried though so which made it really hard to eat.

Best curry we had in Sri Lanka! We had the rice and curry one time, which was great value for money. And went back again for the chicken curry. The restaurant was really clean with friendly staff. Only downside is that it’s not got a sea view!

We've been there a few times and ate very good. The currys and the soya dishes are delicious and they know how to cook vegan. They made me vegan naan and they also have vegan pancakes. Thumbs up!
