Excellent Customer Service, Delicious Food, Perfect View

Stayed during Dec 2019. Overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay with superb food.

Ms. Poornima handled our booking very smoothly and made some additional arrangements to make us more comfortable too.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and manager Mr. Nalaka Perera was a very humble, pleasant person who showed exceptional customer handling skills.

Overall, all the staff was well trained and present individual.

We stayed in a balcony room with a spectacular sea view. Go for one of the balcony rooms.

They have few set menu options but it was well designed so you won't get bored. Food was delicious and perfectly cooked from fresh vegetables / meat. Do not miss their fish and chips.

Overall it was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Thank you Mr. Nalaka and the Era Beach crew. Keep it up!

Nice secluded villa. Spacious rooms with good food. Ideal spot to rest and relax in down south.

We stayed in a room with a plunged pool. The room was huge! And the bathroom & the wardrobe were very spacious & clean! The plunge pool was perfect! Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel staff was really friendly.easy access to the beach.great place to chill. Had a perfect stay. Thanks Era beach!

What a wonderful stay. Great location and what a fabulous rooms. I give credits to the staff, what a lovely staff. I recommend to anyone who would live to have a wonderful and relaxing stay. Had a really good time staying at Era Beach and I give 100% to the food as well.

The most beautiful hotel with the nicest staff! I asked for a small muffin in the morning for my mom's birthday and got a beautiful decorated cake, everybody sang along and the room got a nice decoration! Everything else also was amazing and you really get taken care of!

Beautiful place, with friendly and accommodating staff. Food can be a bit of a hit and miss though.

Areas to improve, time taken to serve the food which is ordered was poor and parking can be bit of an issue if it's on full occupation

I 'm soo unhappy about the place.
Yesterday we went for a dayout with our friends. When we asked about the packege daybefore they told us its 3000 rupee per 1 person and including welcomedrink lunch and the tea.
Also we paid 8000 rupee for our room. Room was nice. But when we entered to the place i saw oneof the manager is there. After that i didnt see him. Even they didnt ask our pakage. After one hour ago oneofthe staff member a servent came and ask maam did u come for the 3000 pakage. We told yes.
But we didnt get our welcomedrink.
Food was really bad. We can get that potion from outside cost 750 rupee. (Its just nasi rice) Im soo unhappy. They have charged extra 2200 rupee for the bite. I really sorry about my money. I never and ever suggest this place to anyone. Its really bad.

And also those poor staff was very good. Im soo sorry about them.
The managment and the planning was really bad.

The villa is calming and very soothing. I was there for two days with my family. We got a lovely suite with a private pool. The room was enchanting. Very spacious, clean n comfortable. And they have an attractive pool in the middle which adds a nice view to the property. Their Food is delicious n tempting.even though they have a limited variety, the presentation was great. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Especially Roshan.he is well experienced and professional. And I should thank Mr. Nalaka Perera the residence manager who delighted us. It was a very soothing two says we spent there. From the welcome drink to good bye wave it was awesome,

Absolutely beautiful hotel, it is more like a deluxe villa. It only has 10 rooms. From start to finish this place was magically. The food is amazing thanks to the wonderful cheif everything from local food to if you fancy a cheeky burger.

The pool is stunning and it is right on the beach so you can hear the sea all the time. The beach is beautiful. Plus there is someone who comes to the hotel and can give you a massage, which was amazing! It's a 10min tuk tuk ride from the main beach.

Sanjeewa really made our stay. He was so attentive and was so kind. He could sort everything from a tuk tuk to a whale trip. All the staff were amazing but only managed to catch Lakindu name.

We couldnt have asked for a better holiday.

Thank you to everyone at the Era Beach hotel it was the best holiday ever. We will be back one day!

Amazing hotel. Very chilled. Beautiful unique spacious rooms. Would definitely come back again.

Good for guest but driver not taken care no place to wait no food no drinking water night sleeping place for driver is 13km away from hotel as a result travelling for guest is very high risk

Relaxing, great ambience and comfortable rooms. Very close to Unawatuna beach and Gall Fort hot spots
