26Lack of facilities. Even the floor has not yet tiled. No spacious. Not recommend if you are look for a cool and calm place.
Good place to spend one or two nights near unawatuna beach. Owner was friendly and good customer service.

Spent a one day with my ex over here. It was a great place to have a night too. It's near to Unawatuna beach. Comfortable beds and ok. If you are a picky like my ex, you won't love this stay. So check if you or your gf or bf is picky and then visit here.
Perfect place to stay! Great, helpful staff, very nice room with desk and chair so you are able to work on the laptop, AC, safe box, and good breakfast!
The place were ok. We spent there two nights. Our room was big but the toilet very small. It was clean but it had moldy smell. The mosquito net was not in the middle of the bed what makes no sense at all. The location was ok, close to the beach, less than 5 minutes walking and about 7-8 minutes walking to the area where all restaurants are. The wifi didn't work properly.
