22Great location as it's right on the beach. Room is nicely built and brand new. It's like a hotel in a sense that you're not allowed to bring your own food and drinks to the room. However, they provide very little service and hospitality. No towel, no shampoo (only two very small soap provided), no kettle and of course no instant coffee or anything complimentary. Whatever they provide comes with a price tag.guests also have to pay for playing the pool. All in all, it's just OK.
10 on 10 as far as location goes. I would say 7 on 10 on the room. No doubt it is spacious but it lacks utilities like the coffee maker. The TV is not connected to the cable, so it is a complete waste. The bathroom is spacious but no toiletries are given. The food is so so and on a higher price. Breakfast is very basic. Just eggs and bread. If you request a day in advance (almost 24 hours), you can get Sri Lankan breakfast but that too will be limited. The staff does lack a bit of hospitality.
