This is only based on our experience after complaining about the standard of the deluxe cabana and being upgraded to a suite. Without the suite it would get 3 stars. Staff very friendly though.

Not a bad location and a nice enough place with friendly staff.but.too many loose tiles in the pool resulted in a few cuts to adults and kids alike. The room's doors didn't close properly and the air con was very poor. The jacuzzi was broken and not attached to the floor or wall so moved around. Also, when the rains came at night, we got a couple of leaks into the room. This was all reported but didn't get much feedback!
Food was good though, and brekkie was varied.
