Amazing place with great hospitality. Food is amazing. Stunning 200 degree views of the indian ocean.

This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing and very friendly. Thank you!

I and my husband spent our honeymoon in the hotel and superb service.the food is great and we had experience with different some unique Cuisines.hats off to the cheff and highly recommend.thank you cheff once again. ️

This is a total waste of money.
I have checked in 17th April and there is no welcome drink and at the check-in they state we have options to select for breakfast.
And I double confirm the breakfast in the morning even.
But at the breakfast, there is no such options and we have to get the English breakfast as the only option.
It's a total disappointment.

- bed is with ants
Not worth and value for money.

Overall is not happy with the stay. Don't get fooled by the photos.
The hotel is not maintained properly. Tv and the wifi did not work after 10 pm. No one at the reception to inform about that after 10 pm. Room service is also not available and the phone also not working.
There are not any vanity kits, bathrobes and dental kits. There are some insects in the room.

The most horrible thing is food. No welcome drink. Not valued for the money you spend. The same menu was is given for both dinner and lunch. It was a disaster. Portion sizes are small and not appetising at all. English breakfast is also horrible. Served quite an old fruit plate and juice. Small piece of bacon, two pieces of sausages, small inlet with poorly toasted bread. Not worthy.
And they did not even make an effort to clean the tables and Cutlery. They are filled with dust.

The staff are also very unprofessional. They are arguing in front of guests. Made silly mistakes. Not wearing masks.

Calm and Quiet place to spend your time leisurely, Tasty foods and good customer service. Spacious rooms and Two Swimming pools available.

Believe everything you read about this charming hotel.we so enjoyed our stay there and I hope yo return. The location is perfect, our DLX room was lovely and we had a terrace! WOW. The staff is wonderful patient and helpful (dont think any of them ever sleep)

A luxurious hotel in Unawatuna. Situated on the top of a hill. Hence this has a wonderful view points. Rooms are luxurious and you'll see small swimming pools inside some rooms. Staff is friendly and food is good.

Good Boutique Hotel you can find in Unwatuna. Imesha is helpful lady who will come to attend to your issues in any time. Really liked the stay

The rooms are not in the same condition as they have shown in the booking.com and any other websites. Its very disappointing how the condition of the rooms and food.
Even they said that they will be offering buffet it was only four items and no any options offers for non vegetarians and vegetarians.
When it comes to the rooms it wasn’t properly cleaned and arranged.

It was a great place to have a leisure time. The view of the rooms are also really good. They’re having a friendly staff as well. The service they offer is also really cool.

The room we got was very spacious and clean. We had our own Jacuzzi which could fit 4 people in. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they helped arrange transport to and from the hotel at odd times in the night. We felt very safe and had a very pleasant experience!

You will get an almost 260 degree sea view from a hill. Crew was super and the food also. Swimming pool is also very good and you can have swim while having a fantastic view of the ocean.

A good hotel in a great location. I liked the fact that it was close to the beach but but a bit away from the hustle. Staff were very nice and helpful. Very good buffet breakfast and Chamara, who I believe is the restaurant manager, and his team made us feel looked after. There's certainly room for improvement on a lot of fronts and a quick glance at the negative reviews would paint you the picture but for me, the positives outweighed those, including the warm welcome by Ms. Kalpanie and Ms. Kavindya.

Swindlers! Paid 2300 for a couple of drinks and a chips. Asked for a receipt and he wrote the prices down on some paper.it was swindle with a smile! The rooftop looks nothing like photos, they hadn’t even finished building it.
