I needed 3 JBL headphones urgently arranged for a gift and it was only available at the Welisara branch. With the current situation, it would have been impossible to travel all the way there from Colombo. She has gone out of her way to make sure everything was in order, even when I had to call and make the payments online. Absolutely fantastic service by a very polite and professional sales executive.
