Bolgoda 360 Lake Resort

All the couples who are to be wedded, please don't book this place. Very irresponsible. We did a pencil booking but when we go for advanced payment, they have given it for another couple. So please guys, Don't take a risk.

ඉතාමත් කනස්සල්ලේන් යුතුව මෙය ලියමී. මාස තුනකට පෙර මාගෙ මංගල උත්සවය මෙම ස්ථානයේ ගැනිමට තිරණය කල අතර ඒ සදහා මුලික ගෙවිමක්ද කරන ලදී. ඇත්තටම, මෙහි තරමක අලංකාරවත් එලිමහනක් තිබිම මාගේ තොරාගැනිමට මුලික හෙතුව විය. නමුත් නඩත්තුව අතින් එය ඉතා පහත් මට්ටමක පැවතුන බැවින් මාගේ උත්සවයට ප්‍රථම එවා පිලිසකර කරන බවත්, රටේ පවතින කොවිඩ් වසංගත තත්වය හෙතුවෙන් නඩත්තු කටයුතු (බිත්ති දුර්වර්ණව තිබිම, එලිමහන තණකොළ වැවි තිබිම, වැසිකිලි පිරිසිදු නොවිම හා කැඩි තිබිම වැනි දෑ) කිරිමට නොහැකි වූ බවත් සියල්ල මෙහෙයවනු ලබන, කළමනාකාරිණිය ලෙස පෙනිසිටින කන්තාව විසින් පොරොන්දු වන ලදි. මෙසේ තිබියදී, උත්සවයට සතියකට පෙර බදාදා උදැසන, මා උක්ත කළමනාකරිණියට ඇමතුමක් ලබාදී, අවසාන වශයෙන් සකජාකර ගැනිමට සහ ගෙවිම් සිදුකිරිමට සවස පැමිණෙන බව දන්වන ලදි. අප එදින සවස 04.30 ට බොල්ගොඩ 360 ලෙක් රිසොර් වෙත පැමිණෙන විටත් උක්ත කළමනාකරිණිය ගෙදර ගොස් ඇති අතර කථිකා කරගැනිමට දැනුමැති අයෙක් නොවිය. ඇයගේ පුටුවේ වාඩිවි සිටි පුද්ගලයා "සර් දිල්නා මිස් නම් ගියානේ, ඉන්න මං කොල් එකල් අරන් දෙන්නම් " කියා ඇමතුමක් අරන් දෙන ලදි. ඇය විසින් මෙසේ කියා සිටින ලදි. " අනේ සොරි සර් මං හිතුවේ සර් එන්නෙ නැති වෙයි කියලා, එක නිසා මං අද ටිකක් කලින් ආවා, ". ඔව්න්ගේ පරිබොගික ලැදියාව මනාව පිළිබිබු වේ. (Bad Customer care) කෙසේ වෙතත්, වට්සප් සහ දුරකථන ඇමතුම් මගින් සියල්ල කථිකා කරගත් අතර, පොරොන්දු පරිදි සම්පූර්ණ ගෙවිම දවස් 6 කට ප්‍රථම, සිදුකරණ ලදි. කනගාටුදායක සිද්ධිය මින් පසුවය. සම්පූර්ණ ගෙවිම කළ දිනට පසුදින උදැසන කළමනාකරිණිය දුරකථන ඇමතුමක් ලබාදී මෙසේ කියයි. " සර් සර්ලට හොල් එක රෑ 7 ට තිබ්බාම ඇතිනේ.
#මා විසින්- "What are you talking Miss Dilna, කපල් එක 5.45 pm ඇතුලට එනවා, ගෙස්ට්ලා (Guests) 5.30 pm වෙද්දී ඇතුලට එනවා, හොල් එක 5 වෙද්දී ඔකේ වෙන්න ඕන. ඇයි ඔයට කලින්ම කිවේ.
#ඇය- අනේ නෑ සර් පොඩි පුශ්ණයක්. කලින් Postponed වෙච්ච Day function එකක් තිනවා. එක හදිස්සියේම සර්ලගේ දවසටම දාන්න උනා. එක ඉවර වෙන්නේ 3.45 ට. සර්ලට හොල් එක දෙන්න වෙන්නේ 4.45 ට වගේ තමයි.
මගේ දෙලොව රත් විය, පසුදිනම අප සැවොම එහි ගියහ. වෙඩින් එකට තව දින 4 ය. කොවිඩ් වසන්ගතය නිසා දිනකට එක් උත්සවයක් ගන්නා බවට කලින් පොරොන්දුව පරිදි විය. අනෙක 3.45 ට එක මංගල උත්සවටක් අවසන් කර, සියල්ල පිරිසිදු කර, අප හට ලබා දිමට පැය 3 ක් වත් ගතවන බව, එහි පිරිසිදු කරන්නා විසින් පවසයි. අප හට Decorations කිරිමට ද පැය කිහිපයක් ගතවේ. මා සියළු මුදල් ගෙවන තෙක් අනෙක් මංගල උත්සවය ගැන අපහට නොකියා සිටිමේන් ඔව්න්ගේ‍ වංචනික ක්‍රියාකාලාපය හොදින් පිලිබිබු වේ. කොතෙක් උත්සහ දැරුවද ඔවුන් අනෙකුත් උත්සවය අවලංගු කරන්නේද නැත. ඔවුන්ගෙන්ද සියළු මුදල් අරගෙන බව පසුව දැනගන්න ලැබුනී. රටේ මේ පවතිම වසංගත් තත්වයත් සමග වෙනත් හොටෙල් එකක් සෝයා ගැනිම පහසු නෝවේ. කෙසේ වෙතත්, සවුක්‍ය අරක්ෂාව ගැන සිතා අප හොටලය මරු කිරිමට තිරණය කළෙමූ. නමුත් මොවුන් සල්ලී දිමට නොහැකි බවත්, වෙඩින් එක ඔව්ගේ ශාලාවෙ ගන්නා ලෙසත් පවසයි. අප හට අයිති කරු සමග කතා කිරිමට අවශ්‍ය බව දැන්වුවද මෙම දිල්නා නැමැති කළමනාකරිණිය අයිති කරු සම්බන්ද කර දිමද ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කරයි. කොතරම් උත්සහ කලද එය අසාර්තක විය. පසුව ඇය විසින් අයිති කරුගේ බිරිදට දුරකතනයේන් කතා කර, තවත් කිපදෙනකුට කතා කර, අපගේ සියළු මුදල් ලබා දිය නොහැකි බවත්, 25000/= මුදලක් අඩුකර ඉතිරි මුදක් දෙන බවටත් පොරොන්දු විය. එසේ කිරිමට හෙතුව මිට සතිකිහිපයකට පෙර මෙම ස්ථානයේ රෙජිස්ටෙශන් ඇදුමෙන් ජායාරූප ගැනිම බව පවසයි. පසුව පැය කිහිපයක් රස්තියාදු කර 25000/= අඩු කර වෙක් පතක් ලබා දෙන ලදි. රන්ඩු විමට තරම් මනසිකත්වයක් අප හට දැන් නෝවේ, තව දින 04 ක් ඇතුලත කිරිමට බෝහෝ දැ ඇති බැවින් රුපියල් 25000/= අනිවාර්යයෙන් අවශ්‍ය බවත්, පසුව හෝ එය ගැනිමට පැමිණේන බවත්, දන්වා අප වෙනත් උත්සව ශාලාවක් බැලිමට පිටත් උනෙමූ. මෙවැනි දෙයක් ඔබටත් සිදුවිය හැකි බැවින් මෙය ලියමි. මෙම හොටලය සමග ගනුදෙණු කිරිම තරයේ නිර්දෙෂ නෝකරන අතර, සිදු කරනවා නම් ලිඛිත ගිවිසුමක් මගින් හා කතාකරන දෙවල් රෙකොඩ් කර ගන්නා ලෙස දන්වමී. මෙයට විරුද්ධව මා නිතී මර්ගයෙන්ද කටයුතු කරමි.

We were there for a wedding
i had higher hopes for bolgoda 360 but its pretty much ordinary place
food was good
they should give more attention towards their garden given that it is their main attraction

මගේ දුවගේ වෙඩින් එක තිබ්බා. Outdoor. තැන ලස්සනයි. කෑම හොඳයි. නමුත් ඉතාම කණගාටු දායකයි කියන්න. සර්විස් එක අන්තිමයි, වංචනිකයි. මෙතනට යන අය තමන් බාහිරින් ලබා දෙන අහාරපාන, පළතුරු වර්ග, බයිට්, හා බුෆේ එක ගැන සැලකිළිමත් වන්න. ඔවුන්ගේ සේවය විශ්වාස නොකර තමන්ගේ කණ්ඩායමක් අනිවාර්‍යයෙන් යොදවන්න. ඔවුන්ගේ එතරම් අවංක කමක් දුටුවේ නැත

I canot give the 5 star ratings to this place since the maintaining of this property is not satisfactory. But I really hope that they take well care of the place because the surrounding is so very beautiful, ideal for a garden wedding. The areas to improve are the entrance and the small reception hall. I wish them all the very best because this place has a huge potential to be an attractive wedding destination in colombo.

Went to a outdoor wedding in the evening. The place was good. Nice surrounding with Bolgoda lake. The place was very good. If you're wondering why 3 stars. Its because of the service and facilities. There was two rooms provided as changing rooms the AC was poor and the remote also missing. The rooms were not good. Washroom won't look pleasent to use. The staff was very lazy to come and help. We have to ask over and over again to get some help. There weren't enough staff to do anything. Previous decos were there but to remove those there was no one from the hotel side. The food is also bad. It was not up to the standard. We noted that even the hotel staff had some drinks at the end of the day. Overall the place was good but the experience with the staff was not good.

Place and surrounding is nice. But service is so poor. Even staff failed to provide glass of water on request. Food is terrible. Plates are damaged. Overall management have to consider about the behaviour of staff and ethics. And also about the chef. Low budget restaurents have much better tasty, fresh and clean food items.

Outdoor of this property is magnificent in an evening when it can be cleary seen. Wedding or function food is tasty and reasonably priced. This needs a proper maintenance regime where the event host has to take care of all the matters including lighting, pest control, cleaning of subberb etc. Overall it's a good place to have an outdoor function. Manager Blair does a good job there. Front desk / reception must be much more professional.

Hotel is located at a great place next to Bolgoda river. They have nicely built river hut can acess from the back garden. There are many poto locations at the hotel premises. Functions can be arranged on both inside and outside as well. Food is good in quailty. Other facilities are average quality. Their facility is getting expired due to improper maintainance and some may need repair and replacements. Need full refurnish to get back its look.

Yesterday, It was my son's wedding. Had to go through very hardship as management had no resources to run the wedding. I had to bring my own team to clean the environment and specially toilets and wash rooms. Food was good buy they didn't had enough same type water glasses to cater 250 people, had to push those guys to hire plates and side plates as the ones they have damaged at edges. Basically when it's damaged at edges they should change it but it's not happening here. Not enough table knifes for 250 people and then we had to keep what they have near the buffet, so people want it can take and use.

Management complain that owners not helping them by providing enough recourses which is correct but I see the they can do lot with what they have as to clean the toilet I don't think team at the management need support from top guys.

It's a mess there but very nice place when decorated and good environment with the lake it self. Both owners and management don't understand or don't see the value of the place.

If you are planning for a function make sure you take care of everything personally without waiting as what they promised, they don't do.

Just look at the 2 below pictures.all in different types / most damaged at edges.had to fight with them hire and bring and they did it to main and side plates but not for soup bowls. I have some videos of toilets and it's conditions while we were cleaning but unfortunately it's cannot upload as a review here.

The owners are very horrible. Had my wedding there and was very disappointed. The staff is good but they don’t get help from the owners. We had to pay for them to paint the dance floor. They didn’t even provide enough plates.

Very poor service, Lack of customer service, Cleanliness, hygiene. No proper staff. Not recommending for weddings.poor condition in changing rooms.

Parking area is muddy and full of puddles on rainy days. Food is also not that great. Not worth the money.

Cousin's wedding was held here. The place was beautiful and the staff was so friendly and lovely and helpful.

Decent hotel and the reception hall was good too. You can also see a part of the lagoon when you come out of the hotel. Ideal place for taking photos for social media.

Good place to hold private functions. Prices are reasonable and the location is impressive. Service and interior is standard.

I went yesterday to son Charitha's wedding. It have two large reception hall. Beautiful environment, large car park, good service.

Love the location. Nice place for a wedding function, get-together, cooperate clients gathering
